Claims (15)

  1. 폴리올레핀 층이 기본 층 중량의 1-20%로 최소한 하나의 표면을 가지는 것으로 구성되는 기본 층, (a) 70-95, 바람직하게 70-90중량% 선상의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 최소한 하나의 단량체가 기능기를 가지는 최소한 하나의 올레핀성 불포화 단량체의 중합체 및 (b) 선상의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 중합체인 것보다 낮은 분자량의 5-30, 바람직하게는 10-30중량% 수지의 혼합물로 구성되는 필름 층으로 구성되는 밀봉가능한 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필름 층이 제1항 중합체의 70-90중량% 및 10-30중량% 수지의 혼합물로 구성되는 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기본 층내의 폴리올레핀이 부자당 C2-4를 포함하는 모노 알파 올레핀의 중합체, 바람직하게 폴리프로필렌인 필름.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 ASTM D 1505로 측정된 0.86-0.92 g/cc 의 밀도 및 ASTM D 1238 (230℃ 및 2.16kg 조건) 로 측정된 1-15g/100 분의 멜트 플로우 인덱스 (melt flow index) 를 가지는 저압 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌인 필름.
  5. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기본 층이 선상의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 상기 중합체 및 저분자량 혼합물로 구성되는 필름층의 기본 층 중량에 기초하여 1-10중량%인 각 표면을 가지는 필름.
  6. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 표면 필름 층의 수지가 수소 처리된 수지, 바람직하게 석유 수지인 필름.
  7. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지가 ASTM E-28로 80-140℃의 연화점을 가지는 필름.
  8. 제5항내지 제7항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소 처리된 수지가 200-330℃ 온도에서 수소첨가 촉매를 사용하여 열적으로 중합된 증기 분해된 유출 유분 또는 촉매적으로 중합된 불포화 탄화수소 유분을 수소처리함에 의해 제조된 것인 필름.
  9. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선상의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌이 ASTM D 1505로 0.875-0.939 gm/cc 의 밀도를 가지고 최소한 85몰%로 구성되는 알파-올레핀 및 에틸렌의 선상 공중합체인 필름.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 알파-올레핀이 부텐, 헥센, 옥텐 또는 4-메틸 펜렌-1인 필름.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 공중합체의 밀도가 0.875-1.915 gm/cc 이고 85-96몰% 에틸렌으로 구성 되는 필름.
  12. 제1항에서 제8항까지의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 올레핀성 불포화 단량체의 중합체가 C1-30모노카복실산의 비닐 (또는 하이드로카빌 치환된) 비닐 에스테르 및 에틸렌의 공중합체인 필름.
  13. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 표면 필름 층이 75-84.5중량% 선상의 저밀도 폴레에틸렌 또는 상기 중합체 및 15.5-25중량% 저분자량 수지로 구성되는 필름.
  14. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이축으로 배향된 필름.
  15. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10-60 미크론 두께이고, 여기에서 각 외부 필름 두께가 0.05-2.5 미크론인 필름.
