Claims (12)
- 인간 루세르핀-2(hLS2)의 유전자 구조를 포함하는 엑손에 실질적으로 상응하는 아미노산 일부-서열을 포함하는 하이브리드 세르핀.
- 제1항에 있어서, hLS2-α1-안티트립신 또는 앤지오텐시노겐의 엑손에 상으하는 아미노산 일부-서열을 포함하는 하이브리드 세르핀.
- hLS2의 엑손/인트론 구조를 가지며 세르핀을 암호화 하는 적어도 두 개의 유전자로부터 유래된 엑손으로부터 hLS2에 상응하는 유전자 구조를 갖는 유전자를 재조합한 다음, 이 재조합 유전자를 숙주세포내에서 발현시킴을 특징으로 하여, 이 하이브리드 세르핀을 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 숙주세포가 고등 진핵세포인 방법.
- hLS2에 상응하는 유전자 구조가 포함된 세르핀 유전자의 엑손을 포함하는, hLS2에 상으하는 유전자 구조를 갖는 재조합 유전자.
