Claims (15)
- 비스(3,5-디-3급부틸-4-하이드록시페놀) 폴리설파이드를 환원시켜 2,6-디-3급부틸-4-머캅토페놀을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 비스(3,5-디-3급부틸-4-하이드록시페놀)폴리설파이드를 촉매량의 코발트-몰리브덴촉매의 존재하에서 수소가스로 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 고체 불활성 지지체 상의 약 5중량%의 산화 코발트 및 약 16중량%의 산화 몰리브덴으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환원 공정을 약 80℃ 내지 약 120℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소가스를 약 600psig 내지 약 2000psig의 압력으로 유지시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환원 공정을, 불활성 용매중의 비스(3,5-디-3급부틸-4-하이드록시페놀)폴리설파이드용액을 연속적 유동방식으로 촉매의 고정상에 통과시켜 수행하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 2,6-디-3급부틸-4-머캅토페놀을 고정된 촉매상의 유출물로부터 연속적으로 회수하는 방법.
- 비스(3,5-디-3급부틸-4-하이드록시페놀)폴리설파이드를 환원시킨 다음 환원 생성물을 산성조건하에서 아세톤과 더 반응시켜 4,4′-이소프로필리덴디티오-비스-(2,6-디-3급부틸페놀)을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 비스(3,5-디-3급부틸-4-하이드록시페놀)-폴리설파이드를 촉매량의 코발트-몰리브덴 촉매의 존재하에서 수소가스로 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 촉매가 고체 불활성 지지체 상의 약 5중량%의 산화 코발트 및 약 16중량%의 산화 몰리브덴으로 이루어지는 방법.

- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 2,6-디-3급부틸-4-머캅토페놀.
- 제7항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 4,4′-이소프로필리덴디티오-비스-(2, 6-디-3급부틸페놀).※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
