Claims (16)
- 아스코르브산 또는 이소아스코르브산을 바람직하게는 그러한 산의 분해를 촉진시키는 물질의 존재하에 약 70℃내지 약 210℃로 가열시킴(이에 의해 사용된 산의 약 10내지 100%가 분해된다)을 특징으로 하여 아스코르브산 또는 이소아스코르브산의 분해 생성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 80℃ 내지 190℃, 바람직하게는 80℃ 내지 150℃에서 가열하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 가열 온도에 따라서 1분 내지 수시간, 바람직하게는 1분 내지 약 3시간 동안 가열하는 방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 용액중, 바람직하게는 수용액 중에서, 또는 현탁액 중이나 습윤 조건하에서, 바람직하게는 수-습윤을 조건하에서 산을 가열하는 방법.
- 제1내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산 분해를 촉진시키는 물질로서 알카리 금속염 또는 알카리 토금속염을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아스코르브산 또는 이소아스코르브산의 알카리 금속염 또는 알카리 토금속염, 특히 나트륨 또는 칼륨염을 산 분해를 촉진시키는 물질로 사용하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 염을 약 0.1 내지 100중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 50중량%, 특히 약 1내지 10중량%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1내지 7항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 수득할 수 있는 분해 생성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 분해되지 않은 산 이외에 중합체성 물질, 푸라논 및 푸라놀을 함유하는 적어도 부분적으로 수용성인 갈색분말 ; 분해도 10내지 100%, 예를들면, 40내지 90% 및 60내지 90%, 바람직하게는 65내지 85% ; 출발 물질에 대한 중량 손실 5내지 40%, 특히 10내지 30% ; 분해도 50%에서의 연소열 3315cal/g,분해도 65%에서의 연소열 3394cal/g의 특성 또는 파라미터를 갖는, 분해 생성물.
- 질산염-함유 산화제와 혼합하여 폭발성 물질을 제조하기 위한, 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따라 수득할 수 있는 분해 생성물의 용도.
- 제10항에 있어서, 질산염-함유 산화제로서 알카리 금속 또는 알카리 토금속 질산염 또는 암모늄 니트레이트 또는 상기 질산염의 혼합물을 사용하는 용도.
- 제1내지 7항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 수득할 수 있는 분해 생성물과 질산염-함유 산화제, 및 경우에 따라 추가의 첨가제를 혼합함을 특징으로 하여 폭발성 물질을 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 질산염-함유 산화제로서 알카리 금속 또는 알카리 토금속 질산염 또는 암모늄 니트레이트 또는 그들의 혼합물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 질산염-함유 산화제를 질산 칼륨을 기준으로 하여 분해 생성물의 중량에 대해 90:10내지 50:50, 바람직하게는 80:20내지 60:40의 중량비로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1내지 7항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 수득할 수 있는 분해 생성물과 질산염-함유 산화제를 함유하는 폭발성 물질.
- 제15항에 있어서, 분해 생성물 및 질산염-함유 산화제의 중량비가, 질산 칼륨을 기준으로 하여 90:10 내지 50:50, 바람직하게는 80:20 내지 60:40인 폭발성 물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
