Claims (15)

  1. (A) 불포화 카본산들로서 변성된 저결정성 폴리올레핀, (B) 비결정 폴리에스테르 및 (C) 실란 결합제로 조성하되, (A)는 30% 내지 60%중량비로 하고, (B)는 40% 내지 70%중량비로 하고, (C)는 (A)와 (B)의 총량 100중량부당 0.05 내지 4중량부로 하고, 그리고 (A)는 매트릭스상을 형성하고, (B)는 도메인 상을 형성한 것이 특징인 비결정 폴리에스테르 조성물.
  2. 제1항에서, 저결정성 폴리올레핀의 결정도는 0% 내지 20%인 것이 특징인 비결정 폴리에스테르 조성물.
  3. 제1항에서, 불포화 카본산은 말레인산, 나딕산(Nadic Acid) 또는 그들의 산무수물인 것이 특징인 비결정 폴리에스테르 조성물.
  4. 제1항에서, 비결정 폴리에스테르 (B)중 15 내지 100몰%의 디카본산 성분은 이소프탈산이고, 나머지는 테레프탈산이며, 또한 5 내지 90몰%의 디하이드록시 화합물 성분은 1,3-비스(2-하이드록시에톡시)벤젠 및/또는 1,4-비스(2-하이드록시에톡시)-벤젠이고, 그리고 나머지는 에틸렌 글리콜인 것이 특징인 비결정 폴리에스테르 조성물.
  5. 제1항에서, 실란결합제 (C)는 감마-글리시독시프로필 트리메톡시실란인 것이 특징인 비결정 폴리에스테르 조성물.
  6. 제1항에서, (A)는 40% 내지 50%중량비로 하고, (B)는 50 내지 60%중량비로 하고, (C)는 (A)와 (B)의 총량 100중량부당 1 내지 2중량부로 하는 것이 특징인 비결정 폴리에스테르 조성물.
  7. (A) 불포화 카본산으로 변성된 저결정성 폴리올레핀, (B) 비결정 폴리에스테르, (C) 실란 결합제로 구성하되, (A)는 30% 내지 60% 중량비로 하고, (B)는 40% 내지 70%중량비로 하고, (C)는 (A)와 (B)의 총량 100중량부당 0.05 내지 4중량부로 하고, (A)는 매트릭스상을 형성하고, (B)는 도메인상을 형성한 것이 특징인 제동 재료.
  8. 제7항에, 금속과 라미네이트된 것이 특징인 제동 재료.
  9. (A) 불포화 카본산으로 변성되는 저결정성 폴리올레핀, (B) 비결정 폴리에스테르, (C) 실란결합제 및 (D) 무기 충전재로 조성하되, (A)는 30% 내지 60%중량비로 하고, (B)는 40% 내지 70%중량비로하고, (C)는 (A)와 (B)의 총량 100중량부당 0.05 내지 4중량부의 양으로 혼합되고, (D)는 (A)와 (B)의 총 량의 100중량부당 0.5 내지 4중량부의 양으로 혼합하고, (A)는 매트릭스상을 형성하고, (B)는 도메인상을 형성한 것이 특징인 비결정 폴러에스테르 조성물.
  10. 제9항에서, 저결정성 폴리올레핀의 결정도는 20% 이하인 것이 특징인 비결정 폴리에스테르 조성물.
  11. 제9항에서, 불포화 카본산은 말레인산, 나딕산, 또은 그들의 산무수물인 것이 특징인 비결정 폴리에 스테르 조성물.
  12. 제9항에서, 비결정 폴리에스테르 (B)중 15 내지 100몰%의 디카본산 성분은 이소프탈산이고, 나머 지는 테레프탈산이며, 또한 5 내지 90몰%의 디하이드록시 화합물 성분은 1,3-비스(2-하이드록시에톡시) 벤젠 및/또는 1,4-비스(2-하이드록시에톡시)벤젠으로 하고, 나머지는 에틸렌글리콜로 한 것이 특징인 비결정 폴리에스테르 조성물.
  13. 제9항에서, 실란결합제(C)는 감마 글리시독시프로필 트리메톡시실란인 것이 특징인 비결정 폴리에 스테르 조성물.
  14. (A) 불포화 카본산으로 변성되는 저결정성 폴리올레핀, (B) 비결정 폴리에스테르, (C) 실란 결합제 및 (D) 무기 충전재로 조성하되, (A)는 30% 내지 60%중량비로 하고, (B)는 40% 내지 70%중량비로 하고, (C)는 (A)와 (R)의 총량의 100중량부당 0.05 내지 4중량부의 양으로 혼합하고, (D)는 (A)와 (B)의 총량 100중량부당 0.05 내지 4중량부의 양으로 혼합되며, 또한 (A)는 매트릭스상을 형성하며, (H)는 도메인상을 형성한 것이 특징인 제동재료.
  15. 제9항에서, 금속과 라미네이트시킨 구조인 것이 특징인 제동재료.
