Claims (10)
- 다음 구조식 (1)의 화합물 및 그것의 입체 이성체 및 그것의 금속 착물식중, X, Y 및 Z는 같거나 다르고 수소, 할로겐, 하이드록시, 임의치환 알킬, 임의치환 알케닐, 임의치환 아릴, 임의치환 알키닐, 임의치환 알콕시, 임의치환 아릴옥시, 임의치환 아릴킬, 임의치환 아릴알콕시, 임의치환 아릴옥시알킬, 임의치환 아실옥시, 임의치환 아미노, 아실아미노, 아실아미노, 니트로, 시아노, -CO2R1, -CONR2R3또는 -COR4또는 X 및 Y가 페닐환 상의 근접 위치에 있을때, 하나 이상의 헤테로 원자를 임의로 포함하는 방향족 또는 지방족 둘중 하나의 축합환을 형성 : W는 1 내지 4 헤테로 원자가 같거나 다르고 질소, 황 또는 산소인 것을 포함하는 C-연결된 임의 치환 5원 복소환식 환이며 근접 치환체가 함께 축합 방향족 환 또는 헤테로-방향족 환을 형성할 수 있고, A는 산소 또는 황 원자, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 같거나 다르고, 수소, 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 사이클로알킬알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 임의 치환 아릴 또는 임의 치환 아랄킬.
- 제1항에 있어서, (E)-이성체 형태인 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, W가 다음 구조식 (A)의 그룹인 화합물.식중, D는 산소 또는 황, E는 질소 또는 C-J 및 G 및 J는 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 하이드록시,C1-4 알킬,C1-4 알콕시, 할로(C1-4) 알킬, 할로(C1-4) 알콕시, 페녹시, 니트로, 아미노 또는 모노-또는 디-(C1-4) 알킬아미노, 또는 G 및 J가 결합항 하나 이상의 헤테로 원자를 임의로 포함하는 지방족 또는 방향족 둘중 하나의 임의 치환 5- 또는 60 원 축합 환을 형성.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, X, Y 및 Z가 같거나 다르고, 단일 또는 입체적으로 작은 그룹인 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, X, Y 및 Z가 모두 수소인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 다음 구조식 (3) 화합물을 염기의 존재에서 적당한 용해내에틸화 시약 CH3-L과 반응시키거나,(b) 산성 또는 염기성 조건하에서 화합물 (13)을 가열시켜 다음 구조식 (13) 화합물로 부터 메탄올을 제거하거나, 또는(c) 염기 및 필요하다면 용매내 전이 금속 염 촉매 또는 전이 금속의 존재에서 다음 구조식 (9) 화합물식중, A, W, Y 및 Z는 제1항에 정의된 바와 같고 L은 할로겐 원자 또는 기타 우수한 이탈기이다.을 화합물 WL와 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는, 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 본원에 정의된 바와 같이 구조식 (3)-(5) 및 (13)의 중간 생성 화합물.
- 활성 성분으로서, 살충성 담체 또는 희석제와 함께 제1항의 화합물로 구성되는 살충 조성물.
- 제1항 화합물 또는 제8항 화합물의 효과량을 식물, 식물의 씨, 또는 씨의 소재지에 사용되는 것으로 구성되는, 균류의 퇴치 방법.
- 제1항의 살충 화합물 또는 제8항 조성물의 효과량을 해충 또는 그것의 소재지에 투약하는 것으로 구성되는, 곤충, 선충 또는 진드기를 박멸하거나 조절하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
