Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- (a) 겔형성 폴리히드록시중합체(PHP)의 수성페이스트로 이루어지는 매트릭스형성 물질내에 적합한 화학생물학적 약제의 용액 또는 분산액을 만들고, 상기 페이스트는 약 10-40%의 상기 폴리히드록시중합체의 고체농도를 가지며, 그리고 상기 생물학적 약제에 대한 폴리히드록시중합체의 상대량은 생물학적 약제를 상기 폴리히드록시중합제의 매트릭스내에 함유하기에 충분한 양으로 이루어지고, (b) 상기 폴리히드록시중합체와 붕산 또는 붕산유도체와를 알칼리성 pH 로 단상에서 반응시켜 상기 약제를 내부에 함유하는 불용해성 매트릭스 겔을 형성하고, (c) 상기 함유된 화학생물학적 약제의 자유유동 입자를 회수하는 공정을로 이루어지는 화학생물학적 약제의 캡슐화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 겔형성 폴리히드록시중합체(PHP)는 전분, 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스, 덱스트란, 크실란 및 폴리비닐 알코올의 군에서 선택되는 상기 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 겔형성 폴리히드록시중합체(PHP)는 전분인 상기 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 전분은 상기 용액 또는 분산액을 만들기전에 미리 젤라틴화 되는 상기 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 pH는 전분이 젤라틴화 되기에 충분히 알칼리성인 상기 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용액 또는 분산액은 pH가 7.5-8.5의 범위인 상기 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, pH는 상기 용액 또는 분산액에 대하여 수산화암모늄을 첨가함에 의하여 상기 범위내에서 조절되는 상기 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 함유된 화학생물학적 약제의 자유유동 입자의 회수는, (1) (b) 공정에서 형성된 겔을 각개의 입자로 분쇄하고, (2) 상기 입자를 분말코팅물질로 혼합함으로써 입자가 코팅 물질로 코팅되고, (3) 개개의 코팅된 입자를 건조하는 공정으로 이루어지는 상기 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 분말코팅물질은 전분 또는 전분 함유 미분(微粉)인 상기 방법.
