Claims (10)
- 유기액체에서 수용액을 유화시키고, 물을 반응매체에 도입하여 잔유 산염화물 또는 무수물기와 반응하여 분해함에 의하여 중합 반응을 정지시키는 공정을 갖는 다염기성 산의 염화물 또는 무수물과의 반응에 의한 계면 중합에 의하여 액적주위에 고분자 막을 형성하므로서 상기 아민 수용액을 미세 캡슐화 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에멀션의 소수상과 혼화할 수 있는 유기액체중의 수용액을 반응매체에 가하므로서, 물을 반응매체중에 도입시킴을 특징으로 하는 미세 캡슐화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유기액체가 5개 이하의 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족알콜임을 특징으로 하는 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 알콜이 메탄올, 에탄올, n-프로판올, 이소프로판올, n-부탄올, 부탄-2-올, 또는 n-아밀 알콜임을 특징으로 하는 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 에탄올에 몰을 3% 가한 용액의 첨가에 의하여 반응이 정지됨을 특징으로 하는 미세 캡슐화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미 수용액이 둘 또는 그 이상의 유리 아민기를 함유하는 친수성 단백질의 수용액임을 특징으로 하는 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 아민 수용액을 무극성 용매를 함유하고 있는 유기액체에서 유화시킴을 특징으로 하는 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제1항에 잇어서, 산염화물 또는 무수물이 염화세바코일, 염화석신오일, 염화아디포일, 염화프탈오일, 염화테레프탈오일이나 염화시트로일 또는 석신무수물임을 특징으로 하는 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 반응의 정지 다음에 용매층을 디켄테이숀하여 캡슐을 분리함을 특징으로 하는 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 용매층에서 캡슐을 분리한 다음, 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 미세캡슐화 방법.
