Claims (13)
- 펌프 조립체는(10)는 펌프동체(11)와 별개의 피스톤부재로 구성하고, 펌프동체(11)는 분배되어야 하는 유동성 유체가 들어있는 컨테이너의 구부와 유동체가 누실되지 아니하도록 연결한 펌프조립체(10)을 안전하게유지시키기 위하여 폐쇄캡(12)(13)을 포함하며, 펌프조립체(10)는 컨테이너 통풍구(24)가 그 내부에 형성되어 있으며, 피스톤(16)(57)은 펌프동체(11)와 밀폐가 되도록 맞물림되며, 그 중심축을 따라 놓여있고, 플런저 수단은 완전히 상승된 위치로 탄발되어서 몰아내는 환상의 를린저(25)로 구성되며, 플런저(25)는 피스톤 부재(16)(57)와 접동하여 왕복운동을 하기 위하여 설치되어 있으며 그 사이에는 가변성 체적 펌프실(26)이 설치되어 있고, 피스톤 부재(16)는 흡입밸브(21)를 포함하며, 플런저 수단은 플런저 헤드(31)로 구성되는데, 플런저 헤드(31)는 플러저(25)에 접동할 수 있도록 배치되어 있고 플러저 헤드(31)가 왕복운동을 할때 펌프실(26)내의 압력 변화로 플린저(25)에 의하여 개폐하기에 적합한 토출로(39)를 구비하고 있으며, 펌프조립체(10)와 플런저 헤드(31)는 완전히 상승된 위치에서 플런저 헤드(31)를 제한하는 협동수단을 포함하며, 피스톤(16)은 플린저(25)와 밀폐되도록 맞물림하는 환상의 립시일(23)이 포함되어 있으며, 펌프 조립체(10)는 피스톤 부재와 떨어져서 피스톤 부재를 둘러써서 그와 함께 통풍구(24)가 개설된 통풍실(49)을 제공하고, 원통형 벽(15)을 이루고있는 플런저(26)가 상승된 위치에 있는 동안과 플런저(25)가 최초로 하향 행정 왕복운동을 하는 동안에 통풍실(49)을 폐쇄시키기 위하여 원통형 벽(15)의 내주면과 밀폐되도록 맞물림하는 플런저수단(25)에환상의 통풍밀폐부(48)가 형성되고, 이 통풍 밀폐부(48)는 플런저(25)의 하향 행정 왕복운동이 더욱 징행되면 통풍실(49)을 개방시키기에 적합하고, 플런저 헤드(31)와 펌프동체(11)는 각기 미리 결정한 경도, 내구도 및 강도를 구비한 제1재료로 만들어지고, 피스톤(16)과 플런저(25)는 각기 제1재료보다 부드럽고 유연성이 있는 제2 재료로 만들어지며, 따라서 환상의 립 시일(23)과 플런저(25)사이와, 통풍밀폐부(48)와 원통형 벽(15)간의 맞물림으로 밀폐상태를 높여서 통풍실(49)로 부터 유체가 누출되는 것을 양호하게 방지할 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 압력 축적 분배펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤 부재는 흡잊로(17)를 제공하는 중공된 피스톤(16)으로 구성되며, 펌프동체(11)와 맞물림으로 밀폐되어 있는 원통형 벽(15)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 압력축적 분배펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펌프동체(11)는 굴대형태와 같이 부설된 직립관형 기둥(53)을 포함하고 직립관형 기둥(53)에는 흡입로(17)가 개설되어 있고, 피스톤은 펌프실(26) 내의 압력의 변화에 상응하여서 흡입로(17)를 개폐할수 있도록 직립관형 기둥(53)에 축방향으로 가동할 수 술리이브 부재(57)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 압력축적 분배펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 직립관형 기둥(53)은 내측에 흡입공(56)이 설치되고 그 상단부에는 원추형 벽(54)을 지니고있으며, 흡일밸브(54)는 흡입공(56)을 개폐하기 위한 원추형 벽(54)과 이어 붙는 표면이 울퉁불퉁한 원추형 절두체의 환상 플랜지(59)(60)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 압력축적 분배펌프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 직립관형 기둥(53)의 하부에는 환형의 정지어깨(64)가 형성되어 있으며, 슬리이브(57)의 하단부는 슬리이브(57)가 밸브식으로 폐쇄된 위치에서 정지어깨(64)와 맞물림하여서 밀폐되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 축적 분배펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 펌프동체(11)는 원통형 벽(15)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 압력축적 분배펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펌프동체(11)는 굴대처럼 부실된 직립관형 기둥(53)을 지니고 있으며, 직립관형 기둥(53)에는 흡입로(17)가 개설되어 있으며, 피스톤은 직립관형 기둥(53)에서 축방향으로 이동하도록 설치되어 있는 슬리이브 형 피스톤(57)으로 이루어져 있으며, 직립 기둥(65)의 상단부는 밸브 시이트(71)가 제공하고, 흡입밸브(68)는 그속에 흡입공(69)이 개설되어 있는 환상의 탄성 분젠밸브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력축적 분배펌프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 직립기둥(65)과 슬리이브(57)의 하단은 플런저(25)의 흡입 행정을 하는 동안에 공기의 인입을 막아 펌프실(26)을 밀폐시키기 위하여 중앙축으로 부터 외측으로 벌어진 원추형면과 밀폐식으로 맞물림하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 축적 분배펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펌프동체(11)는 굴대처럼 부설된 직립기둥(65)을 포함하며 직립기둥(65)에는 흡입로(17)가 개설되어 있고, 피스톤(57)은 직립기둥(65)에 장착되어 있는 슬리이브형 피스톤(66)으로 이루어지며, 직립기둥(65)의 상단부에는 밸브 시이트(71)가 설치되어 있으며, 흡입밸브(68)는 가요성 플랩밸브(72)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 축적 분배 펌프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 슬리이브(66)는 플런저(25)의 흡입행정을 하는 동안에 공기의 인입을 막아서 펌프실(26)을 밀폐시키기 위하여 환상의 패킹 시일(67)을 제공하는 직립기둥(65)과 맞물림 함을 특징으로 하는 압력축적 분배펌프.
- 제9항에 있어서, 피스톤(66)은 원통형 벽(94)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 압력 축적 분배 펌프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 피스톤(66)은 원통형의 벽(94)과 폐쇄링(95)을 포함하며, 피스톤(66)은 직립기둥(65)에 회동할 수 있도록 설치하며, 슬리이브(66)는 환상의 패킹 시일(67)을 제공하는 직립기둥(65)과 맞물림하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 축적 분배펌프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 겹쳐진 환상의 플랜저(14)는 원통형의 벽(15)과 펌프동체(11)로부터 반경 방향으로 연장하며, 플랜지(109)에 요설되어 있는 환상의 홈(112)은 다른 플랜지(14)에 돌설된 환상의 링(62)을 끼워 넣기 하고 있으며, 피스톤(16)과 펌프동체(11) 사이의 밀폐되는 맞닿음 접합을 특징으로 하는 압력 축적 분배 펌프.
