Claims (4)

  1. 내장될 박스의 폭과 일반적으로 동일한 폭인 상부폭보다 넓은 저부폭을 가지며, 보통 장방형인 박스에 내장하기에 적합한 것으로서, 상부로부터 저부로 연속되어 있는 라이너의 측면 밀봉부가 재밀봉 가능한 파스너의 단부에 인접한 주름진 밀봉부를 포함하여 상부 및 저부로부터 측면 밀봉부 사이에 폭변환 영역을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재밀봉 가능한 박스 라이너.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    측면 밀봉부의 주름부는 모따기되어 있고, 라이너 측면의 모따기 각도는 각각의 측면 밀봉부에 인접한 제품 높이로부터 재밀봉 가능한 파스너로 연장되는 모따기된 측면에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재밀봉 가능한 박스 라이너.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    재밀봉 가능한 파스너 위의 측면 모서리는 변환 영역의 모따기부 밑의 측면 모서리와 동일한 각도진 방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 재밀봉 가능한 박스 라이너.
  4. 비어 있을 때에는 라이너가 내장될 박스의 폭보다 넓은 폭을 가지면, 제품의 충전시에는 라이너가 내장될 박스의 폭과 실질적으로 동일한 폭을 갖는 라이너로서, 재밀봉 가능한 파스너, 박스를 위한 측벽과 측면 밀봉부를 갖는 라이너를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,
    충전시에 라이너내의 제품 높이를 결정하고, 제품 높이로부터 적어도 재밀봉 가능한 파스너로 측면 밀봉부를 따라 측벽을 모따기하는 단계를 포함하는데, 모따기는 제품 높이에서 백의 저부와 동일한 폭으로부터 재밀봉 가능한 파스너에서 박스의 폭으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재밀봉 가능한 박스 라이너의 제조방법.
