Claims (10)
- 적어도 입력축의 회전속도(), 자동차속도(), (N/V)비의 값, 가속기 폐달위치, 클러치 위치, 엔진속도를 나타내는 여러가지 압력 데이타에 따라 소정의 변속 맵(transmission map)을 기준으로 작동신호를 발생시키는 지시소자가 포함된 제어장치의 제어하에 각각의 작동기로 작동되는 변속기어와 클러치에 의하여 자동변속이 이루어지는 자동차의 자동변속장치용 진단처리 시스템에 있어서, 상기 변속기어에 연결된 기어위치 감지기와 진단검사 소자와 상기 지시소자로 구성되고, 상기 제어장치의 상기 진단검사 소자는 상기 기어위치 감지기로부터 나온 기어위치 신호 출력에 의하여 상기 변속기어의 위치를 판단하고, 이렇게 판단한 기어위치와 입력축 회전속도(), 자동차속도()의 상기 입력 데이타를 분석하여 각 기어변환의 완료여부를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 자동변속장치용 진단처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어위치 감지기는 이동측 기어 위치신호를 내는 이동측 스위치와 수직으로 배치되어 선택측 기어위치 신호를 선택측 기어위치 신호로 상기 기어위치 신호가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기어위치의 판단은 상기 제어장치의 테이블 메모리를 이용하여 이루어지고, 이 테이블 메모리는 상기 기어위치 신호에 해당하는 각 기어위치 변수를 판단 및 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 진단검사 요소는, 상기 테이블 메모리가 들어있는 기준 테이블 소자 ; 상기 테이블 메모리로 상기 판단된 기어위치를 상기 변수의 형태로 발생시킨 다음, 상기 각 변수에 따라 (N/V)비 테이블 메모리에 의하여 특정한 상기(N/V)비의 값은 발생시키는 판단소자 ; 소정의 과정을 따라 상기(N/V)비 테이블 메모리로부터 나온 상기(N/V)비의 값과 상기 회전속도() 및 상기 자동차속도()로부터 결정계수(n)를 발생시키는 계산소자 ; 상기 결정계수(n)를 상기 변수로 정의되는 각각의 조건에 따라 분석하여 결정결과를 내는 결정소자로 구성되고, 이 결정 결과는 상기 진단검사 소자의 출력이고 이 출력은 상기 지시소자에서 발생한 상기 작동신호가 유효하도록 한는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 연산소자가 상기 결정계수(n)를 구하는 과정이, 상기(N/V)비의 값에 자동차속도()를 곱하는 단계, 즉 수학적으로 N/V×로 표현되는 단계, 이 단계의 결과를 상기 회전속도()에서 빼는 단계, 즉 수학적으로-N/V×로 표현되는 단계, 이 값의 절대값을 구하는 단계, 즉 수학적으로 |-N/V×|로 표현되는 단계, 이 절대값에서(γ)를 빼는 단계, 즉 수학적으로 |-N/V×|-γ로 표현되고 여기서γ는 오차를 보상하기 위한 소정의 상수이며 그 결과가 결정계수(n)로 되는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, n<0일때 상기 기어변환에 있어 기어물림이 완료된 상태임이 판단되고 상기 변수가 합리적인 상태, 즐 이동측 스위치중의 하나와 선택측 스위치중의 하나만이 동시에 닫혀 있을때, 또는, n0일때 상기 기어변환에 있어 기어빠짐이 완료된 상태이고 상기 변수는 불합리한 상태(불합리한 상태는 이동측 불합리, 선택측 불합리, 중립측-선택측 불합리, 이동측-선택측 불합리한 상태중의 하나이다.)이지만 그 전의 변수는 합리적이었을 경우에만 상기 결정 소자가 상기 작동신호를 유효하게 하는 상기 결정결과를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이동측 및 선택측 스위치가 정상적인가를 검사하여 상기 결정 결과, 즉 상기 진단검사 소자의 출력이 유효한가를 확인하고, 이동측 및 선택측 스위치가 고장났을때 고장난 스위치를 백업하여 진단검사 소자의 기능을 보조하는 스위치 검사및 백업소자가 상기 진단검사 소자에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 스위치 검사 및 백업 소자는, 상기 위치신호를 받아서 단락스위치를 발견하고 고장난 기어위치 신호가 마스크되게 하여 이 고장난 기어위치 신호를 마스크 비트로 무효화시키고, 이 단락스위치가 복구되면 마스크 비트를 리세트시키는 단락스위치 복구소자 ; 상기 단락스위치 복구소자의 출력을 받아 주행 모우드가 설정되었는지, 기어변환 모우드가 설정되었는지를 결정하는 모우드 판별소자 ; 상기 모우드 판별소자의 출력을 받아 클러치가 정상인지, 앞의 기어위치 스위치가 닫혔는지, 상기 회전속도가 적당한지를 결정하는 기어변환 모우드 결정소자 ; 상기 모우드 판별소자의 출력을 받아 클러치가 완전히 접촉하였는지, 요구되는 기어위치가 중립인지, 요구되는 기어위치가 스위치가 닫혔는지를 결정하는 주행 모우드 결정소자 ; 상기 주행 모우드 결정소자의 출력과 상기 기어변환 모우드 결정소자의 출력에 따라, 기어변환 모우드 결정소자가 상기 클러치가 정상이고, 상기전의 기어위치 스위치는 닫혀있고, 상기 요구되는 기어위치가 중립이라고 결정한 때와, 상기 요구되는 기어위치가 중립이 아닌 경우 상기 회전속도가 적절하다고 결정한 때와, 요구되는 기어위치 스위치는 단락스위치가 아니라고 결정한 때에는 상기 기어위치 감지기의 개방된 고장이 난 스위치를 발견하고, 이와는 달리 상기 주행모우드 결정소자가 상기 클러치는 완전히 접촉하고 요구되는 기어위치는 중립이 아니며, 요구되는 기어위치 스위치가 닫혀있지 않다고 결정한때에도 상기 개방된 고장이 난 스위치를 발견하며, 단락 고장난 스위치와 개방된 고장이 난 스위치가 있을 경우라도, 요구되는 기어위치 스위치가 닫혀있지 않고, 요구되는 기어위치 스위치가 고장난 스위치이고, 요구되는 기어위치가 중립이 아니고, 회전속도()가 적절한 때나, 요구되는 기어위치 스위치가 닫힌 때나, 요구되는 기어위치가 중립인때는 고장난 스위치를 백업하여, 기어변환의 완료여부를 결정할수 있는 기어변환 확인소자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 이동측 스위치중 2개이상의 스위치가 동시에 닫히거나 상기 선택측 스위치중 2개 이상의 스위치가 동시에 닫힐때 마스크 비트가 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
