본 고안은 내부에 다수의 기포가 형성된 프라스틱 포탄통에 관한 것이다. 종래의 포탄 지통은 후지에 콜탈을 흡수시켜 원통을 형성하고 그 단부에 금속합판을 착설하여서 된 것이므로 방습이 완벽하지 못하고 충격에 금속판이 쉽게 떨어져 약하며 재료비가 비싸고 제조 공정이 복잡하며 재료의 재활용이 불가능하고 특히 장마 시에는 지통의 뚜껑이 잘빠지지 않아 통상 야전삽으로 금속판을 제거하여 사용하는 등의 단점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a plastic shell canister formed with a plurality of bubbles therein. 또한 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위한 본인의 선출원프라스틱 포탄통이 있었으나 이러한 프라스틱 포탄통은 단열성과 내충격성이 미흡한 단점이 있었다. 본고안은 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위하여 포탄통을 프라스틱으로 사출성형 하여 제작하되 프라스틱 내부에 다수의 기포를 형성하며 또 프라스틱은 그 표면이 단단하고 미끄럽기 때문에 뚜껑과 몸체의 결합부가 고도로 정밀하게 일치하지 않으면 뚜껑이 쉽게 이탈하거나 아니면 뚜껑의 분리가 어려운 문제점이 있으므로 뚜껑과 몸통이 안전하게 결합되면서도 필요시에는 분리가 용이하도록 구성한 것으로 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In addition, to solve these drawbacks, there was a plastic barrel of the applicant's own application, but these plastic barrels had a disadvantage of insufficient insulation and impact resistance.
