Claims (5)
- 각각 나선형 랜드(3, 5)와 홈(4, 6)을 지니는 숫로터(2)와 암로터(1)의 적어도 두개의 로터를 구비하며, 그중 적어도 하나의 로터가 거의 플라스틱 재료로 되며 바람직한 것은 금속축 즉 코어상에 형성된 탄성유체의 압축 또는 팽창을 위한 스크루우형 회전기계에 있어서, 상기 하나의 로터가 25000N/㎜2이하 의 탄성계수를 지니는 플라스틱재료로부터 사출성형되는 암로터(1)이며, 작업유체의 의해 가해진 압력의 결과로서가 아니라 플라스틱 재료의 경화 즉 응고 및 온도변화에 의해 발생되는 칫수변형의 결과로서 랜드(3)가 다른 로터(2)와의 충돌의 경우에 탄성적으로 변형될수 있도록 상기 플라스틱의 탄성계수에 적합한 두께를 암로터(1)의 랜드(3)가 지니 것을 특징으로 하는 스크루우형 회전기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 재료가 10000N/㎜2(이하의 탄성계수를 지니는 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크루우형 회전기계.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플라스틱 재료가 극히 짧은 섬유와 같은 적당한 재료로 보강된 열경화성 수진인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크루우형 회전기계.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 축(8)즉 코어가 로터랜드(3)의 바닥속으로 연장되고, 로터랜드(3)의 평균두께와 거의 같은 거리를 통하여 로터표면(4)으로부터 간격진 오목표면(11)에 의해 연결되는 나선형랜드(10)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크루우형 회전기계.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 플라스틱 재료의 탄상계수는, 몇백분의 1밀리미터 정도로 암로터(1)의 윤곽에 있어서의 국부적인 돌기가 다른 로터(2)와 충돌할 때 탄성적으로 평면해지도록 하기에 적합한 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크루우형 회전기계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
