Description
Claims (10)
- (a) 기포를 제조하는 동안 기포의 전기 전도도를 측정하고;(b) 측정된 전기 전도도에 대응하여 기포의 밀도를 조정(여기서, 기포의 전기 전도도는 기포의 밀도에 따라 변화한다)함으로써 목적하는 예정된 밀도를 가진 기포를 제공함을 특징으로 하여, 기포의 전기 전도도가 그의 밀도에 따라 변화하는 기포를 제조하는 동안에 기포의 밀도를 예정된 수준으로 조절하는 방법.
- (a) 기포를 카페트 구조물에 부착시키기 전에 기포를 제조하는 동안 기포의 전기 전도도를 측정하고;(b) 측정된 전기 전도도에 대응하여 기포의 밀도를 조정(여기서, 기포의 전기 전도도는 기포의 밀도에 따라 변화한다)함으로써 목적하는 예정된 밀도를 가진 기포를 제공함을 특징으로 하여, 기포의 전기 전도도가 그의 밀도에 따라 변화하는 기포를 제조하는 동안에 카페트 구조물상의 기포의 밀도를 예정될 수준으로 조절하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기포의 전도도를 무전극 전도도 검지기로 측정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기포를 제1후면재료에 루프사를 결합시킬 수 있는 물질로부터 생성시키는 방법.
- 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기포가 스티렌과 부타디엔의 공중합체로 이루어진 라텍스로부터 형성되며, 라텍스의 고체함량은 총 라텍스 중량을 기준으로 하여 45 내지 90중량%인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스티렌과 부타디엔의 공중합체가 스티렌/부타디엔 공중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 40 내지 75중량%의 스티렌과 25 내지 60중량%의 부타디엔으로 이루어지는 방법.
- (a) 기포를 생성하는 수단;(b) 적용 배출구;(c) 기포를 생성하는 수단과 적용배출구를 연결하며, 기포를 생성하는 수단으로부터 적용배출구로 기포를 운반하기에 적합한 밀폐된 통로;(d) 밀폐된 통로에 위치하며, 밀폐된 통로에서 기포의 전기 전도도를 측정할 수 있는 전기 전도도 검지기 및(e) 목적하는 밀도를 가진 기포가 생성되도록 측정된 전기 전도도에 대응하여 기포의 밀도를 변화시키는(여기에서 기포의 전기 전도도는 기포의 밀동 따라 변화한다)수단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 기포의 밀도를 조절하는 장치.
- (a) 기포를 생성하는 수단;(b) 카페트 구조물에 기포를 적용시키기에 적합한 적용배출구;(c) 기포를 생성하는 수단과 적용배출구를 연결하며, 기포를 생성하는 수단으로부터 적용배출구로 기포를 운반하기에 적합한 밀폐된 통로;(d) 밀폐된 통로에 위치하며, 밀폐된 통로에서 기포의 전기 전도도를 측정할 수 있는 전기 전도도 검지기 및(e) 목적하는 밀도를 가진 기포가 생성되도록 측정된 전기 전도도에 대응하여 기포의 밀도를 변화시키는(여기에서 기포의 전기 전도도는 기포의 밀도에 따라 변화한다)수단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 카페트 구조물상의 기포의 밀도를 조절하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 밀폐된 통로에 위치하는 전기 전도도 검지기가 무전극 전도도 검지기인 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 기포 생성 수단이 스티렌과 부타디엔의 공중합체로 이루어진 라텍스로부터 기포를 생성시킬 수 있으며, 라텍스의 고체함량은 총 라텍스 중량을 기준으로 하여 45 내지 90중량%인 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
