Description
Claims (10)
- 유기폴리이소시아네이트, 두개 이상의 활성수소-함유 그룹을 갖는 임의의 고분자량 화합물 및 증량제의 촉매화 반응 사출성형법에 의해 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 증량제로서,(ⅰ) 상기 디아민 중 각 아민 그룹에 대한 오르토 위치중의 적어도 하나가 저급 알킬 그룹에 의해 치환된 방향족 디아민 및 (ⅱ) 비스(하이드록시-알킬)사이콜로알칸을 포함하는 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중량 혼합물의(ⅰ) 상기 디아민 20내지 95중량% 및 (ⅱ) 상기 비스(하이드록시알킬)사이클로알칸 80 내지 5중량%를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, (ⅰ) 성분이1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠, 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,6-디아미노벤젠 및 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택되고 (ⅱ) 성분이 비스(하이드록시메틸)사이클로헥산인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 당량 대총 활성 수소 당량의 비가 0.85 내지 1.2인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 임의의 활성수소-함유화합물은 상기 증량 혼합물의 총 활성 수소 당량에 대한 이의 당량비가 1:4 내지 1:100의 범위 내에 있도록 존재하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 5 항중의 여느 하나에 있어서, 상기 임의의 활성수소-함유화합물이 폴리올을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,A.(a) 메틸렌비스(페닐 이소시아네이트)로부터 제조된 이소시아네이트-말단 프리폴리머,(b)액화 형태의 4,4′-메틸렌비스(페닐 이소시아네이트), 및 상기 (a)와 (b)의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 폴리이소시아네이트 :B. 분자량 1500내지 7000 및 1급 하이드록실 작용이 2내지 4를 갖는 폴리올 ;C. (i) 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아노벤젠, 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,6-디아미노벤젠 및 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 방향족 디아민 45내지 85중량%, 및(ⅱ) 비스(하이드록시메틸)사이클로헥산 55내지 15중량%을 함유하는 중량 혼합물;및D. 우레탄 촉매를 반응사출 성형시키며, 이때 상기 폴리올(B)대 상기 증량 혼합물(C)의 총 활성수소 당량비는 1:10 내지 1:80의 범위내에 있고 상기(B)와 (C)의 총 활성 수소 당량에 대한 이소시아네이트 당량의 비가 0.85 내지 1.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 고 굴곡-모듈러스 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- (i)각 아민 그룹에 대한 오르토 위치중의 적여도 하나가 저급 알킬 그룹으로 치환된 방향족 디아민 20내지 95중량%및(ii)비스(하이드록시메틸)사이클로알칸 80내지 5중량%를 함께 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 중합체의 반응사출 성형법에서 증량제로서 사용하기에 적합한 혼화성 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, (i)성분이 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠과 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,6-디아미노벤젠의 혼합물 45내지 85중량%를 포함하고 (ii)성분이 비스(하이드록시메틸)사이클로헥산 55내지 15중량%를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 적어도 두개의 활성 수소-함유 그룹을 갖는 고분자량 화합물을 (i)및(ii)성분과 추가로 혼합시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
