Claims (18)
- 저분자키토산을 유효성분으로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 또는 엔도톡신의 제거제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 저분자 키토산이 고유점도 0.01 내지 5(d1/g)인 제거제.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 저분자 키토산이 pH4에 있어서의 콜로이드당량 2meq/g-증발잔분이상인 제거제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 저분자 키토산이 고유점도 0.2 내지 1(d1/g), pH4에 있어서의 콜로이드당량 4meq/g-증발잔분이상인 제거제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 제거제가 핵산 또는 엔도톡신을 함유하는 피처리액으로부터 핵산 또는 엔도톡신을 분리하는 제거제.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 피처리액이 등전점 3 이상의 단백질류를 함유하는 제거제.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 단백질류가 사람암괴사인자인 제거제.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 단백질류가 사람인터로이킨 1인 제거제.
- 제 5항 내지 제 8항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 피처리액이 무세포추출액인 제거제.
- 저분자 키토산을 사용하여 핵산 또는 엔도톡신을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 또는 엔도톡신의 제거방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 저분자키토산이 고유점도 0.01 내지 5(dl/g)인 제거방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 저분자키토산이 pH4에 있어서의 콜로이드당량 2meq/g-증발잔분이상인 제거방법.
- 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느하나에 있어서, 저분자키토산이 고유점도 0.2 내지 1(d1/g), pH4에 있어서의 콜로이드당량 4meq/g-증발잔분이상인 제거방법.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서 분리가 핵산 또는 엔도톡신을 함유한 피처리액으로부터 핵산 또는 엔도톡신을 분리하는 제거방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 피처리액이 등전점 3 이상의 단백질류를 함유하는 제거방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 단백질류가 사람암괴사인자인 제거방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 단백질류가 사람인터로이킨 1인 제거방법.
