Claims (33)

  1. (a) 주석 촉매, 비스무트 촉매 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 금속 촉매와
    (b) (1) 메르캅토 화합물
    (2) 삼급 아민 활성제의 존재 하에 이소시아네이트기와 반응할 수 있는 특징을 가진 폴리페놀 및
    (3) 이들의 혼합물
    중에서 선택된 과몰량의 착화제의 반응 생성물로 구성되고, 히드록실 화합물과 이소시아네이트 화합물의 반응에 유효하고, 아민 활성제 또는 열의 존재 하에 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성화시킬 수 있는 촉매.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 주석 촉매가 아세트산 제 1 주석, 산화 제 2 주석, 옥트산 제 1 주석, 디부틸 주석 디옥토에이트, 주석메르캅티드, 시트르산 제 1 주석, 옥살산 제 1 주석, 염화 제 1 주석, 염화 제 2 주석, 테트라-페닐 주석, 테트라-부틸 주석, 트리-n-부틸 주석 아세테이트, 디-알킬 주석 디카르복실레이트, 디메틸 주석 디클로라이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것이고, 비스무트 촉매가 비스무트 트리카르복실레이트, 질산 비스무트, 할로겐화 비스무트, 황화 비스무트, 염기성 비스무트 디카르복실레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 촉매.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 추가로 유기 용매를 함유한 촉매.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 케토 킬레이트화제를 포함한 촉매.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 메르캅토 화합물 중의 메르캅토기 또는 폴리페놀 중의 페놀기 대 금속 촉매중의 금속 함량의 비가 약 2 :1내지 약 500 : 1인 촉매.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 히드록실 화합물과 착화제가 서로 같은 화합물인 촉매.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 메프캅토 화합물이 트리메틸을 프로판트리-(3-메르캅토프로피오네이트), 펜타에리트리트톨 테트라-(3-메르캅토 프로피오네이트), 글리콜 디-(3-메르캅토 프로피오네이트), 글리콜디메르캅토 아세테이트, 트리메틸을 프로판 트리티오글리콜레이트, 메르캅토 디에틸에테르, 에탄 디티올, 티올락트산, 메르캅토 프로피온산 및 그의 에스테르, 티오페놀, 티오아세트산, 2-메르캅토에탄올, 1,4-부탄디티올, 2,3-디메르캅토 프로판올, 톨루엔-3,4-디티올, α,α´ -디메르캅토-파라-크실렌, 티오살리실산, 메르캅토 아세트산, 도데칸 디티올, 디도데칸 디티올, 디-티오 페놀, 디-파라-클로로티오페놀, 디메르캅토 벤조티아졸, 3,4-디메르캅토 톨루엔, 알릴 메르캅탄, 벤질 메르캅탄,1,6-헥산디티올, 1-옥탄 티올, 파라-티오크레졸, 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로티오페놀, 시클로헥실 메르캅탄, 메틸티오글리콜레이트, 각종 메르캅토피리딘, 디티오에리트리트롤, 6-에톡시-2-메르캅토벤조티아졸, d-리모넨 디메르캅탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 촉매.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리페놀이 카테콜, 피로갈롤, 3-메톡시카테콜 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 촉매.
  9. (a) 폴리올
    (b) 폴리이소시아네이트
    (c) 주석 촉매, 비스무트 촉매 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 금속 촉매의 반응 생성물로 되는 활성화시킬 수 있는 촉매 및
    (d) (1) 메르캅토 화합물,
    (2) 삼급 아민 활성제의 존재 하에 이소시아네이트기와 반응할 수 있는 특징을 갖는 폴리페놀 및
    (3) 이들의 혼합물
    중에서 선택된 과물량의 착화제로 되는 촉매화 반응 혼합물.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 폴리올이 지방족 폴리올로 되고, 폴리이소시아네이트가 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트로 되는 반응 혼합물.
  11. 제 9 항에 있어서, 추가로 휘발성 유기 용매를 함유한 반응 혼합물.
  12. 제 9 항에 있어서, 주석 촉매가 아세트산 제 1 주석, 산화 제 2 주석, 옥토산 제 1 주석, 디부틸주석 디옥토에이트, 주석 메르캅티드, 시트르산 제 1 주석, 옥살산 제 1 주석, 염화 제 1 주석, 염화 제 2 주석, 테트라-페닐 주석, 테트라-부틸 주석, 트리-n-부틸 주석 아세테이트, 디-알킬 주석 디카르복실레이트, 디메틸 주석 디클로라이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것이고, 비스무트 촉매가 비스무트 트리카르복실레이트, 질산 비스무트, 할로겐화 비스무트, 황화 비스무트, 염기성 비스무트 디카르복실레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 반응 혼합물.
  13. 제 9 항에 있어서, 추가로 아민 활성제를 함유한 촉매화 반응 혼합물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 아민 활성제가 삼급 아민으로 되는 반응 혼합물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 삼급 아민이 트리에틸아민, 디메틸에틸 아민, 테트라메틸, 에틸렌 디아민, 트리메틸 아민, 트리부틸 아민, 디메틸벤질 아민, 디메틸시클로헥실 아민, 디메틸에탄올 아민, 디에틸에탄올 아민, 트리에탄올 아민, 피리딘, 4-페닐프로필 피리딘, 2,4,6-콜리딘, 퀴놀린, 트리프로필 아민, 이소퀴놀린, N-에틸 모르폴린, 트리에틸렌 디아민 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 반응 혼합물.
  16. 제 9 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 중량에 기초하여 금속 촉매 중의 금속의 비율이 약 0.0001~0.1 중량%인 반응 혼합물.
  17. 제 9 항에 있어서, 메르캅토 화합물 중의 메르캅탈기 또는 폴리페놀 중의 페놀기 대 금속 촉매중의 금속 함량에 대한 몰비가 약 2 : 1 내지 500 : 1인 반응 혼합물.
  18. 제 9 항에 있어서, 메르캅토 화합물이 트리메틸을 프로판트리-(3-메르캅토 프로피오네이트), 펜타에리트리트롤 테트라-(3-메르캅토 프로피오네이트), 글리콜 디-(3-메르캅토 프로피오네이트), 글리콜디메르캅토 아세테이트, 트리메틸을 프로판트리티오글리콜레이트, 메르캅토 디에틸에테르, 에탄 디티올, 티올락트산, 메르캅토 프로피온산 및 그의 에스테르, 티오페놀, 티오아세트산, 2-메르캅토에탄올, 1,4-부탄디티올, 2,3-디메르캅토 프로판올, 톨루엔-3,4-디티올, α,α´ -디메르캅토-파라-크실렌, 티오살리실산, 메르캅토 아세트산, 도데칸 디티올, 디도데칸 디티올, 디-티오 페놀, 디-파라-클로로티오페놀, 디메르캅토 벤조티아졸, 3,4-디메르캅토 톨루엔, 알릴 메르캅탄, 벤질 메르캅탄 1,6-헥산디티올, 1-옥탄 티올, 파라-티오크레졸, 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로티오페놀, 시클로헥실 메르캅탄, 메틸티오글리콜레이트, 각종 메르캅토피리딘, 디티오에리트리트롤, 6-에톡시-2-메르캅토벤조티아졸, d-리모넨 디메르캅탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 반응 혼합물.
  19. 제 9 항에 있어서, 폴리페놀이 카테콜, 피로갈톨, 3-메톡시카테콜 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 반응 혼합물.
  20. (A) 촉매화 반응혼합물을 필름상으로 기질에 도포하고
    [여기에서, 촉매화 반응 혼합물은 폴리올, 폴리이소시아네트 및
    (a) 주석 촉매, 비스무트 촉매 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 금속 촉매 및
    (b)(1) 메르캅토 화합물
    (2) 삼급 아민 활성제의 존재하에 이소시아네이트기와 반응할 수 있는 특징을 갖는 폴리페놀과
    (3) 이들의 혼합물
    중에서 선택된 과몰량의 착화제로 되는 반응 생성물로 구성되는 활성화시킬 수 있는 촉매로 됨]
    (B) 도포된 필름을, 경화시키기 위하여, 또는 아민 활성제 중 1개 이상의 수단에 노출시키는 것으로 되는 촉매화 반응 혼합물의 경화 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 폴리올 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 중 1개 이상이 지방족인 방법.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물에 추가로 휘발성 유기용매를 함유시킨 방법.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 아민 활성제가 삼급 아민으로 되는 방법.
  24. 제20항에 있어서, 아민이 증기상인 방법.
  25. 제23항에 있어서, 삼급 아민이 트리에틸아민, 디메틸에틸 아민, 테트라메틸, 에틸렌 디아민, 트리메틸 아민, 트리부틸 아민, 디메틸벤질 아민, 디메틸 시클로헥실 아민, 디메틸에탄올 아민, 디에틸에탄올 아민, 트리에탄올 아민, 피리딘, 4-페닐프로필 피리딘, 2,4,6-콜리딘, 퀴놀린, 트리프로필 아민, 이소퀴놀린, N-에틸 모르폴린, 트리에틸렌 디아민 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 방법.
  26. 제20항에 있어서, 주석 촉매가 아세트산 제 1 주석, 산화 제 2 주석, 옥토산 제 1 주석, 디부틸주석 디옥토에이트, 주석 메르캅티드, 시트르산 제 1 주석, 옥살산 제 1 주석, 염화 제 1 주석, 염화 제 2 주석, 테트라-페닐 주석, 테트라-부틸 주석, 트리-n-부틸 주석 아세테이트, 디-알킬 주석 디카르복실레이트, 디메틸 주석 디클로라이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것이고, 비스무트 촉매가 비스부트 트리카르복실레이트, 질산 비스무트, 할로겐화 비스무트, 황화 비스무트, 염기성 비스무트 디카르복실레이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 되는 군 중에서 선택된 것인 촉매.
  27. 제20항에 있어서, 메르캅토 화합물 중의 메르캅토기 또는 폴리페놀 중의 페놀기 대 금속 촉매중의 금속 함량 의 비가 약 2 :1내지 약 500 : 1인 촉매.
  28. 제20항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 중량에 기초하여 금속 촉매 중의 금속의 비율이 약 0.0001~1.0중량%인 방법.
  29. 제20항에 있어서, 폴리올 메르캅토 화합물이 서로 같은 화합물인 방법.
  30. 제20항에 있어서, 도포된 필름을 아민 활성제에 노출시키고, 이어서 약 50°~150℃로 가열한 방법.
