자동차용 엔진의 아이들링을 제어하는 장치 및 방법

제 6 도는 본원 발명에 있어서의 개인전환동작의 설명도.
제 7 도는 본원 발명의 동작순서를 나타내는 플로차트.

Claims (4)

  1. 아이들링상태에 있는 엔진의 실제회전수를 검출하며, 이 실제회전수와 엔진의 작동상태에 따라서 미리 정해진 목표아이들링 회전수와의 차를 검출하며, 이 차와 기준차를 비교해서 자동차가 정지하고 있을때에 파워스티어링이 그 조작 가능한계 가까이까지 조작되고 있는지의 여부를 판정하며, 자동차가 정지하고 있을때에 파워스티어링이 그 조작 가능한계 가까이까지 조작되고 있다고 판정되었을 때에는, 엔진의 아이들링회전수 제어에 사용되는 비례적분방식 피드백제어의 비례항의 계인을 소정량만큼 증가시켜서 엔진회전수를 신속하게 목표아이들링회전수로 복귀시키는 단계로, 이루어지는 엔진스털을 방지하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기준차는 자동차 정지시에 파워스티어링이 조작되었을 때의 아이들링회전수의 저하량을 미리 측정한 값인 상기 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자동차 정지시에 파워 스티어링이 조작되고 있다고 판정될때는 상기 차가 기준차보다 클때인 상기 방법.
  4. 엔진의 회전수를 검출하는 회전수센서와, 이 센서에 의해서 검출된 엔진실제회전수와 엔진의 작동상태에 따라서 미리 정해진 목표아이들링회전수로부터 회전수의 차를 산출하며, 이 차와 기준차를 비교해서 자동차가 정지하고 있을 때에 파워스티어링이 그 조작 가능한계 가까이까지 조작되고 있는지의 여부를 판정하며, 자동차가 정지하고 있을때에 파워스티어링이 그 조작 가능한계 가까이까지 조작되고 있다고 판정되었을 때에는, 엔진의 아이들링회전수 제어에 사용되는 비레적분방식 피드백제어의 비레항의 게인을 소정치만큼 증가시키는 신호를 출력하는 수단을 가진 제어유닛과, 이 제어유닛의 출력신호에 따라서 엔진에 공급되는 공기량을 조절하는 조절수단으로, 이루어지는 자동차용 엔진의 아이들링회전수를 제어하는 장치.
