Claims (19)

  1. 콘크리이트 구조물의 콘크리이트 내에 매설되어지도록 사용되는 콘크리이트 보강부재에 있어서, 제 1 보강소재(32),(74)와:개개의 제 1 및 제2보강소재(32),(74) 및 (34),(76)가 적어도 하나의 군의 제 1섬유다발(36)과, 이 제 1 섬유다발(36)을 결속하기 위한 제 1 수지로 만들어지는 제 1수지 재료(38)와 로 이루어지며, 제 1 교차부분 (42)에서 상기 제 1 평형 보강소재(32),(74)와 교차하는 제 2 평형 보강소재(34),(76):주변부위를 갖는 격자형 부재(콘크리이트 보강부재)(30)를 형성하기 위하여, 상기 제 1 보강소재(32),(74) 및 제 2 보강소재(34),(76)를, 상응하는 제 1교차 부분(42)에서 부착하기 위한 부착수단(수지재료)(38)과로 구성되는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부착수단(38)이, 제 1 및 제 2 보강소재 (32),(74) 및 (34),(76)가 부착되어지기 이전에, 이 제 1 수지에 함침되어지는 제 1 수지로 구성되는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상응하는 제 1 보강소재(32),(74)와 상응하는 제 2 보강소재(34),(76) 양자를 구성하는 섬유군들 다수개로 각각 구성되어지는 제 1 보강소재(32),(74)와 제 2 보강소재(34),(76) 양자중의 적어도 하나가 제 1 교차부분(42)에서 교대로 적층되며, 이 제 1 교차부분(42)에서 상기 제 1 보강소재(32),(74)와 상기 제 2 보강소재(34),(76)가 제 1 수지에 의하여 결속되어지는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제 1 보강소재(32),(74)와 제 2 보강 소재(34,),(76)가 실질적으로 장방형인 단면을 갖는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 격자가 실질적으로 평면적이고, 상기 격자형 부재(30)가 콘크리이트 표면과 평행이 되도록, 이 격자형 부재(30)가 콘크리이트 내에 매설되어지는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 격자형 부재(30)가 인접한 적어도 2개 이상의 격자형 부재(30)를 그들의 가장자리 부위가 서로 겹치도록 하여 사용하는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 섬유(40)가, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 아라미드섬유, 보오론 섬유, 세라믹 섬유 및 금속섬유로 구성된 섬유군 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 섬유로 만들어지며, 토우, 로우빙, 밧줄, 얀, 실, 꼰밧줄, 꼰끈 및 꼰실의 구조중의 적어도 어느 하나의 구조로 형성되어지는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 수지재료(38)가, 에폭시수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 비닐에스테르수지, 포릴우레탄 수지, 디 알릴 프탈산염 수지, 페놀플라스틱, 폴리아세탈, 포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리 스티렌 수지, 폴리 카아보네이트 수지, 폴리 염화비닐수지, 폴리 에틸렌 수지, 폴리 프로필렌 수지 및 아크릴 수지로 구성되는 수지군중에서 선택되어진 적어도 어느하나의 수지로 만들어지는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1보강소재(32),(74) 및 상기 제2보강소재(34),(76)가 각각, 10% 내지 90% 체적비의 제 1 섬유(40)와 90% 내지 10% 체적비의 제 1 수지를 함유하는 콘크리이트 보강 부재.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1보강소재(32),(74) 및 제2보강소재 (34),(76)가 각각, 30% 내지 70% 체적비의 유리섬유와 70% 내지 30% 체적비의 비닐에스테르 수지를 함유하는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 보강소재(32),(74) 및 제2보강소재(34),(76)가 각각, 20% 내지 60%체적비의 탄소섬유와 80% 내지 40% 체적비의 비닐에스테르 수지를 함유하는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  12. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 1항에 있어서, 입체적으로 배열되어진 적어도 3개의 평행한 길이 방향 보강소재(72)와:제1보강소재(74) 및 제2보강소재(76)가, 상응하는 길이방향 보강소재(72)와 제2교차부분(A)에서 교차하며, 이 제2교차 부분(A)에서 상응하는 길이 방향 보강소재(72)에 제2부착 수단(수지재료)(82)에 의하여 부착되어지는, 상기 평행한 길이방향 보강소재(72)를 제1보강소재(74)와 제2보강소재(76)에 부착하기 위한 제2부착 수단(수지재료)(82)과로 구성되는 콘크리이트 보강 부재.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 길이 방향 보강소재(72)가 각각, 적어도 하나의 제2평행 섬유(80)의 군과:개개의 상응하는 제1보강소재(74), 상응하는 제2보강소재(76) 및 상응하는 길이 방향 보강소재(72)를 구성하는 섬유군(80)이, 개개의 상기 제2교차 부분(A)에서 교대로 적층되어 있으며, 이들 제2섬유군(80)을 일체로 결속하기 위하여 제2수지로 만들어지며, 또한 이때의 부착수단(82)은 제1수지 및 제2수지 중의 어느 하나인, 제2수지재료(82)로 구성되어지는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1보강소재(74)와 제2보강소재(76)가 각각 그들의 전체적인 형상이 일반적으로 나선형상으로 되어지도록, 이 제1보강소재(74)와 제2보강소재(76)가 2개의 인접한 길이 방향 보강소재(72) 사이에 연장되어 지는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1섬유(40)와 상기 제2섬유(80)가 각각, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 보오론 섬유, 세라믹 섬유 및 금속섬유로 구성되는 섬유군으로부터 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 섬유로 만들어지며, 또한 이 제1섬유(40)와 제2섬유(80)가 각각, 토우, 로우빙, 밧줄, 얀, 실, 꼰밧줄, 꼰끈 및 꼰실 중의 적어도 어느 하나의 구조로 형성되어지는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제1수지재료(38)와 상기 제2수지재료(82)가 각각, 에폭시 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르 주시, 비닐에스테르 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 디알릴프탈산염 수지, 페놀수지, 폴리아세탈 수지, 포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리스티렌 수지, 폴리 카아보네이트 수지, 폴리염화 비닐 수지, 폴리에틸렌 수지, 폴리프로필렌 수지 및 아크릴 수지로 구성된 수지군중에서 선택되어진 적어도 어느 하나의 수지로 만들어지는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제1보강소재(74)와 제2보강소재(76)는 각각, 10% 내지 90% 체적비의 제1섬유(40)와, 90% 내지 10% 체적비의 제1수지(42)를 함유하며, 상기 길이방향 보강소재는 각각, 10% 내지 90% 체적비의 제2섬유(80)와 90% 내지 10% 체적비의 제2수지를 함유하는 콘크리읕 보강부재.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제1보강소재(74), 상기 제2보강소재(76) 및 상기 길이방향 보강소재(72)가 각각, 30% 내지 70% 체적비의 유리섬유와, 70% 내지 30% 체적비의 비닐에스테르 수지를 함유하는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 제1보강소재(74), 상기 제2보강소재(76) 및 상기 길이방향 보강소재(72)가 각각, 20% 내지 60% 체적비의 탄소섬유와, 80% 내지 40% 체적비의 비닐 에스테르 수지를 함유하는 콘크리이트 보강부재.
