Claims (26)
- 표면이 평활한 판체에 직경이 0.2-1.0 mm 이고 상기 표면의 유효면을 점유하는 면적비가 2.5-30%인 다수의 배수공이 규칙적으로 배설된 제1의 지지체상에 섬유웨브를 유도하여 상기 제1의 지지체상의 상기 섬유웨브를 가로지르는 방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 가지런히 설치된 다수의 오리피스로부터의 분사수류에 의하여 상기 섬유웨브의 섬유를 렌덤하게 교락시키는 동시에 상기 섬유웨브에 작용을 끝낸 수류를 상기 배수공으로 부터 흡인배출하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수류는 분사배압을 20-100 kg/㎠, 분사량을 0.5-20ι/㎡로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조방법.
- 표면이 평활한 판체에 직경이 0.2-1.0 mm 이고 상기 표면의 유효면을 점유하는 면적비율이가 2.5-30%인 다수의 배수공이 규칙적으로 배설된 제1의 지지체상에 섬유웨브를 유도하여 상기 제1의 지지체상의 상기 섬유웨브를 가로지르는 방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 가지런히 설치된 다수의 오리피스로부터의 분사수류에 의하여 상기 섬유웨브의 섬유를 렌덤으로 교락시키는 동시에 상기 섬유웨브에 대하여 작용을 끝낸 수류를 상기 배수공으로 부터 흡인배출하는 공정과 ; 상기 예비적 교락 처리 공정에 계속하여 상기 섬유웨브를 불투수성 제2의 지지체상에 유도하여 상기 제2의 지지체상의 상기 섬유웨브를 가로지르는 방향으로 소정의 간격으로 가지런히 배설된 다수의 오리피스로 부터의 분사수류에 의하여 상기 섬유웨브의 섬유를 본격적으로 렌덤으로 교락시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 예비적 교락처리에 있어서의 상기 수류는 분사배압을 20-100kg/㎠,분사량을 0.5-20 ι/㎡로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조방법.
- 표면의 평활한 판체에 직경이 0.2-1.0 mm 이고 상기 표면의 유효면을 점유하는 면적비율이 2.5-30%인 다수의 배수공이 규칙적으로 배설된 제1의 지지체상에 섬유웨브를 유도하여 상기 제1의 지지체상의 상기 섬유웨브를 가로지르는 방향으로 소정의 간격으로 가지런히 설치된 다수의 오리피스로부터의 분사수류에 의하여 상기 섬유웨브의 섬유를 렌덤하게 교락시키는 동시에 상기 섬유웨브에 대한 작용이 끝난 수류를 상기 배수공으로 부터 흡인배출하는 공정과 ; 상기 예비적 교락처리 공정에 계속하여표면이 평활한 판체에 다수의 돌기와 배수공이 규칙적으로 배설된 제3의 지지체상에 상기 섬유웨브를 유도하여, 상기 제3의 지지체상의 상기 섬유웨브를 가로지르는 방향으로 소정의 간격으로 가지런히 배설된 다수의 오리피스로부터의 분사수류에 의하여 상기 섬유웨브의 섬유를 상기 각 돌기 사이의 표면존에 이동분배시켜서 개공을 형성하는 동시에, 본격적으로렌덤하게 교락시키고, 또 동시에 상기 섬유웨브에 대하여 작용을 끝낸 수류를 상기 배수공으로부터 흡인 배출하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 예비적 교락처리 공정에 있어서의 상기 수류는 분사배압을 20-100 kg/㎠, 분사량을 0.5-20ι/㎡으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조방법.
- 표면이 평활한 판체에 직경이 0.2-1.0 mm 이고 상기 표면의 유효면을 점유하는 면적비율이 2.5-30%인 다수의 배수공이 규칙적으로 배설된 섬유웨브를 지지하는 제1의 지지체와 ; 상기 제1의 지지체위에서, 그 위에 유도된 상기 섬유웨브를 가로지르는 방향으로 소정의 간격으로 가지런히 설치된 다수의 오리피스로부터의 분사수류에 의하여 상기 섬유웨브의 섬유를 렌덤하게 교락시키는 분사수단과 ; 상기 분사수단의 아래쪽에 배설되고, 상기 섬유웨브에 대하여 작용을 끝낸 수류를 상기 배수공으로부터 배출하는 흡인수단을 포함하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 지지체가 실린더에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 지지체의 상기 배수공이 서로 인접되는 4개의 구멍이 상기 섬유웨브의 이동방향으로 향해서 다이어몬드 패턴으로 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 표면이 평활한 판체에 직경이 0.2-1.0 mm 이고 상기 표면의 유효면을 점유하는 면적비율이 2.5-30%인 다수의 배수공이 규칙적으로 배설된 섬유웨브를 지지하는 제1의 지지체와 ; 상기 제1의 지지체위에서, 그 위에 유도된 상기 섬유웨브를 가로로 횡단하는 방향으로 소정간격을 두고 가지런히 배설된 다수의 오리피스로부터의 분사수류에 의하여 상기 섬유웨브의 섬유를 예비적으로 렌덤하게 교락시키는 분사수단과 ; 상기 분사수단의 아래쪽에 배설되고, 상기 섬유웨브에의 작용이 끝난 수류를 상기 배수공으로부터 배출하는 흡인수단과 ; 상기 예비적으로 섬유 교락된 섬유웨브를 지지하는 불투수성의 제2의 지지체와 ; 상기 제2의 지지체 위에서 그 위에 유도된 상기 섬유웨브를가로지르는 방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 가지런히 배설된 다수의 오리피스로부터의 분사수류에 의하여 상기 섬유웨브의 섬유를 본격적으로 렌덤하게 교락시키는 분사수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 지지체가 실린더로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 지지체의 상기 배수공은 상호 인접되는 4개의 구멍이 상기 섬유웨브의 이동방향으로 향해서 다이어몬드 패턴으로 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 지지체가 상기 섬유웨브의 이동방향으로 소정의 간격으로 배설된 복수개의 로울러로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 표면의 평활한 판체에 직경이 0.2-1.0 mm 이고 상기 표면의 유효면을 점유하는 면적비 비율이 2.5-30%인 다수의 배수공이 규칙적으로 배설된 섬유웨브를 지지하는 제1의 지지체와 ; 상기 제1의 지지체, 그 위에 유도된 상기 섬유웨브를 가로지르는 방향으로 소정의 간격으로 가지런히 배설된 다수의 오리피스로부터의 분사류에 의하여 상기 섬유웨브의 섬유를 예비적으로 렌덤하게 교락시키는 분사수단과 ; 상기 예비적으로 섬유 교락된 섬유웨브를 지지하고 ; 다수의 돌기와 배수공이 규칙적으로 배설된 제3의 지지체와 ; 상기 제3의 지지체상에서, 그위에 유도된 상기 섬유웨브를 가로로 횡단하는 방향으로 소정의 간격으로 가지런히 배설된 다수의 오리피스로부터의 분사수류에 의하여 상기 섬유웨브의 섬유를 상기의 각 돌기 사이의 표면구역에 이동분배시켜서 개공을 형성하는 동시에, 본격적으로 렌덤하게 교락시키는 분사수단과 ; 상기 각 분사수단의 아래쪽에 배설되어 상기 섬유웨브에 작용이 끝난 수류를 상기 배수공으로부터 배출하는 각 흡인수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 지지체와 상기 제3의 지지체가 실린더로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 지지체의 상기 배수공은 상호 인접되는 4개의 구멍이 상기 섬유웨브의 이동방향으로 향해서 다이어몬드 패턴으로 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 돌기가 그 정부의 면적은 작고 그 기저부쪽으로 점착적으로 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 돌기가 반구형상을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 돌기가 상기 제3의 지지체 위의 상기 섬유웨브가 이동하는 방향과 반대측으로 면하는 배수공을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 돌기가 그 피치가 1-15 mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 돌기가 상기 돌기사이의 표면구역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제3의 지지체의 상기 배수공의 직경이 0.1-2.0 mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제3의 지지체의 상기 배수공이 상기 돌기를 포함하는 상기 제3의 지지체의 전체에 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제3의 지지체상의 상기 섬유웨브 이동하는 동방향과 반대측에 면하는 상기 배수공을 가지는 상기 돌기의 배수공은 상기 제3의 지지체의 평면에 대하여 75-105˚의 각도로 개구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제3의 지지체상의 상기 섬유웨브 이동방향과 반대측에 면하는 상기 배수공을 가지는 상기 돌기의 배수공은 상기 제3의 지지체의 평면에 대하여 거의 90˚의 각도로 개구하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제3의 지지체의 유효표면을 점유하는 상기 배수공의 면적비율이 2-30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
