차량의 플로어(floor)장치
제1도는 본 고안에 따른 실시예를 보인 차량의 측면도.

* 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명

본 고안은 자동 2륜차나, 원동기 3륜차와 같이 저상식(低床式)플로어를 가진 플로이 장치에 관한 것이다. 저상식의 평탄한 족재(足載) 플로이를 가진 스쿠터와 이와 유사한 자동2륜차 및 원동기3륜차에 제안된 것이지만, 종래에는 이러한 차량의 플로어를 앞차륜의 후방까지 설치하기 때문에 플로어의 전후 방향의 길이를 충분히 설정할 수 없어 발의 크기에 따른 자유도를 확보하기가 곤란하였다.
그래서, 플로어의 전후 방향의 길이를 크게 취할려면, 종래의 구조에서는 앞차륜은 전방으로 이동함과 동시에 휘일 베이스(wheel base)를 연장하여야 하므로 자동2륜차등의 대형화를 초래하게 된다.
본 고안은 종래의 불합리한 점을 개선하기 위하여 고안한 것으로서, 그 목적은 하나의 앞차륜을 가진 차량에 있어서, 차체의 전후방향으로 설치되는 플로어의 앞부분은 차량을 조향자제되게 지지하는 조향 지지부재의 근방 좌우에서 부터 차륜의 상변까지 연장하여서, 조향지지부재 근방의 좌우 연장부 위에까지 발을 놓을수 있게 하였으며, 휘일 베이스를 연장함이 없이 플로어의 전후방향의 길이를 연장해서 족재부(足載部)를 충분히 확보하였으므로 탑승자의 발을놓기가 편리한 차량의 플로어 장치를 제공하려는 것이다.
다음에 본 고안의 실시예를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안의 실시예로서 원동기 3륜차의 측면도를 표시한 것이지만 적용되는 차량은 저상식 플로어를 가진 스쿠터와 유사한 자동 2륜차에 실시한 것이다.
차량(1)의 전방 프레임(frame) (2)와 후방 프레임(3)을 설치하되, 전방 프레임 (2)에는 후미 하면에 착설한 스윙 조인트(swing joint)(4)에 쿠숀유니트(5)를 연설하고, 스윙 조인트(4)와 후방 프레임(3) 사이에 로링 조인트인 축(6)이 연설되어 있으며, 한편 후방 프레임(3)은 2개의 좌우 뒤차륜(7)을 지지하되, 뒤차륜(7)은 후방 프레임 (3) 위에 탑재된 도시되지 아니한 동력부에 의하여 구동된다.
(8)은 동력부의 커버를 겸한 리어 펜더어(rear fender)이다.
전방 프레임(2)은 좌우 한쌍의 파이프부재(9)로 구성되어 있으며, 이것의 중간부 내지 후방(9a)은 낮게 수평으로 설치되었고, 전방(9b)은 전방으로 경사진 다운튜우브부를 구성하고, 파이프부재(9)의 좌우 전방(9b)은 그 전단부가 조향지지부재(10)의 하부 좌우에 접합되어 있다.
조향지지부재(10)에는 강심봉(11)이 회등자제되게 종설되어 있으며, 이 강심봉(11)의 조향지지부재(10) 하방에는 프론트포오크(12)가 결착되어 프로트포오크 (12)로 앞의 조향륜에 해당되는 앞차륜(13)을 지지하고, 강심봉(11)의 조향지지부재 (10) 위에 돌출된 부분(11a)의 상단에 착설된 핸들(14)의 전방에는 헤드라이트나 메타기등의 프론트유니트(15)가 부설되어 있다.
전방 프레임(2)의 후방부위에는 쉬이트포스트(16)가 입설되었으며, 이 쉬이트포스트(16) 상단에는 쉬이트(17)가 부착되어 있다.
이상의 전방 프레임(2)상의 전후방향에는 차체의 의관을 형성하는 플로어(18)가 설치되어 있으며, 플로어(18)는 주로 강판의 프레스 형성품이나 합성수지재로 형성한다.
플로어(18)는 쉬이트포스트(16)의 밑에서 부터 앞차륜(13)의 후방인 전방 프레임(2)의 대략 수평부분(9a)의 전방부에 해당하는 평탄부(19)와 이것의 전단부에서 차륜(13)의 후부 상방까지 즉, 다운튜우브부인 전방(9b) 위를 커버하는 경사부(20)를 형성하고 있으며, 이 경사부(20)는 조향지지부재(10)의 양측 후방부를 협지하여 좌우에 설치하되, 좌우의 족재부(21), (21)를 형성하였으며, 상기 경사부(20)는 조향지지부재(10)보다 전방으로 연장하였으며, 이 경사부(20)는 앞차륜(13)의 전방 펜더어 (fender)(22)를 일체로 형성한다. 경사부(20)의 좌우 족재부(21), (21)의 중간 부분에는 조향지지부재(10)와 강심봉(11)의 돌출부(11a) 주위를 에워싸는 직립커버(23)가 설치되어 있다.
실시예에는 직립커버(23)의 후방체(23a)를 경사부(20)와 평탄부(19)를 일체적으로 형성하고, 후방체(23a)의 좌우에는 그 후방에 족재부(21), (21)가 형성되어 있다.
다음에 그 작용효과를 설명하면, 즉 플로어부(18)상에는 낮은 평탄부에서 앞차륜(13)의 후방까지는 주 족재부로서 평탄부(19)와 앞차륜(13)의 상방을 에워싸는 직립커버(23)의 경사부(20)의 좌우 족재부(21), (21)가 연속해서 형성되어 있는 것이다.
상기한 바와같이 전방팬더어(22)를 경사부(20)와 일체로 형성하였으므로 전방팬더어(22)가 경사부(20)의 보강 부재의 역활을 하므로 경사부(20)은 강도와 강성이 향상되는 효과가 있을뿐만 아니라 부품의 수의감소에 따라 조립작업의 능률도 향상된다.
따라서, 탑승자는 제1도, 제2도 및 제4도의 A에 표시한 바와 같이 평탄부(19)에 발을 놓고 운전할 수가 있다.
또 제1도 내지 제4도의 B와 같이 경사부(21), (21)에 발을 놓고 운전할 수도 있다.
따라서 발을 자유스럽게 놓을수 있는 것은 종래의 것에 비하여 현저히 향상되었다.
이와같이 본 고안에 의하면 탑승자가 발을 놓을수 있는 공간을 전후 방향으로 길게 확보하면서도 휘일 베이스를 길게 설정하거나, 차량의 대형화를 초래하지 않는 것이다.
한편 이와같은 것은 프레임위에 설치하는 외관부재의 앞상방을 경사지게 하여 조향지지부재(10) 후방까지 연장하므로서 탑승자가 발을 놓기가 편리한 효과가 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 단일개의 앞차륜(13)을 가진 평탄부(19)를 전후 방향으로 대략 평탄하게 배치한 플로어 장치에 있어서 수평으로 배치한 한쌍의 플레임부재(9), (9)에 의하여 지지된 상기 평탄부(19)와 일체로 된 족재부(21)로 부터 전방으로 연장하여서, 앞차륜(13)의 상방을 덮은 전방펜더어(22)를 연설하고, 이 전방펜더어(22)에서 연속하여 상방에 직립커버(23)를 일체로 형성하되 조향지지 부재(10)와 강심봉(11)의 전체를 실질적으로 둘러싸는 차량의 플로어장치.
