Claims (18)
- 펜던트 비닐 그룹을 함유하는 실리콘 고무과 하기 일반식의 N-클로로티오-설폰아미드와의 반응생성물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 황경화성 실리콘 고무.상기식에서,R1및 R2는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬 라디칼, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아르알킬라디칼, 탄소수 7 내지 20의알크아릴 라디칼 및 탄소수 6 내지 10의 할로아릴 라디칼 중에서 선택되고, R1은 또한 일반식[여기서, R3및 R4는 각각 상기의 알킬, 아르알킬 및 할로아릴 라디칼 중에서 선택되고, R3및 R4는 함께 결합되어 -CH2-n(여기서 n은 4 내지 7의 정수이다) 및 (CH2)x0(CH2)x(여기서, x는 2 내지 6의 정수이다) 주에서 선택된 라디칼을 나타낼 수 있다]의 라디칼로부터 선택된다.

- 제1항에 있어서, 펜던트 비닐 그룹을 함유하는 실리콘 고무가 하기의 일반식을 갖는 황경의성 실리콘고무.상기식에서,A1,A2및 A3는 동일하거나 상이하며, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬그룹, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아르알킬그룹, 탄소수 6 내지 10의 할로아릴그룹 및 페닐그룹 중에서 선택되고,Z는 탄소수 0 내지 6의 알킬렌그룹이며,n 및 m은 정수이고,은 반복단위의 분포가 무질서할 수 있음을 나타낸다.
- 제6항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬 라디칼, 페닐 라디칼, 탄소수 7 내지 10의 모노알킬 치환된 페닐 라디칼 및 탄소수 8 내지 11의 디알킬 치환된 페닐 라디칼 중에서 선택되는 황경화성 실리콘 고무.
- 제7항에 있어서, A1,A2및 A3가 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬그룹 및 페닐그룹 중에서 선택되는 황경화성 실리콘 고무.
- 제8항에 있어서, Z가 탄소수 0의 알킬렌그룹인 황경화성 실리콘 고무.
- 제9항에 있어서, A1,A2및 A3가 메틸그룹 및 페닐그룹 중에서 선택되는 황경화성 실리콘 고무.
- 제6항에 있어서, R1이 메틸, 3-급-부틸, 사이클로헥실, 2-에이코실, 벤질, 2-(p-H-운데실페닐)-2-프로필, 페닐, 1-나프틸, p-톨릴, 3-에틸-4-(n-도데실)페닐, p-클로로페닐 및 3-클로로-4-(n-부틸)페닐 라디칼 중에서 선택되고, R2가 메틸, 3급-부틸, 1-에이코실, 사이클로헥실, 벤질, 1-(p-n-도데실페닐)-1-에틸, 페닐, 1-나프틸, m-톨릴, 3,4-디-(n-헵틸)페닐, p-브로모페닐 및 3-클로로-4-(n-부틸)페닐 라디칼 중에서 선택되는 황경화성 실리콘 고무.
- 제10항에 있어서, N-클로로티오-설폰아미드가 N-클로로티오-N-메틸-메탄설폰아미드, N-클로로티오-N-메틸-벤젠설폰아미드, N-클로로티오-N-메틸-p-톨루엔설폰아미드, N-클로로티오-N-에틸-p-톨루엔설폰아미드, N-클로로티오-N-메틸-에탄설폰아미드, N-클로로티오-N-페닐-p-톨루엔설폰아미드, N-클로로티오-N--(2-프로필)-메탄설폰아미드, N-클로로티오-N-(1-프로필)-p-클로로벤젠설폰아미드, N-클로로티오-N-페닐-메탄설아아미드,N-클로로티오-N,N',N'-트리메틸설프아미드, N-클로로티오-N-페닐-N',N'-(펜타메틸렌)설프아미드, N-클로로티오-N-메틸-N',N-디에틸설프아미드 및 N-클로로티오-N-페닐 벤젠설폰아미드 중에서 선택되는 황경화성 실리콘 고무.
- 제12항에 있어서, 펜던트 비닐그룹을 함유하는 실리콘 고무가 하기 일반식을 갖는 황경화성 실리콘 고무.상기식에서,n 및 m은 정수이고,은 반복단위의 분포가 무질서할 수 있음을 나타낸다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 혼합물이 황경화성 실리콘 고무 2 내지 98중량% 및 1종 이상의 디엔고무 2 내지 98중량%로 이루어지는 탄성중합성 혼합물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 디엔고무가 천연고무, 합성폴리이소프렌, 니트릴고무, 폴리부타디엔 및 스티렌-부타디엔고무 중에서 선택되는 탄성중합성 혼합물.

- 제5항에 있어서, 니트릴고무 92 내지 98중량% 및 황경화성 실리콘 고무 내지 28줄양%를 함유하는 컨베이어 벨트.
