Claims (22)

  1. 일반식(1)의 화합물:
    상기 식에서, X는 할로겐, 저급 알콕시, 저급 알킬티오, 니트로 또는 메틸이고, Y는 수소 또는 염소이고; R은 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 알릴이고; Z는 수소, 저급알킬, 할로겐, 니트로, 메톡시, 메틸티오, 메틸술포닐, -CF3, 페닐, 페녹시 또는 저급 알콕시카보닐이며; 또 n은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X가 할로겐, 저급 알콕시 또는 메틸티오이고; Y가 수소 또는 염소이며; R이 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 알릴이고; Z가 수소, 저급 알킬, 할로겐, 니트로, 메톡시, 메틸티오, 메틸술포닐, -CF3, 페닐, 페녹시 또는 저급 알콕시카보닐이며; 또 n이 1 내지 3의 정수인 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, X가 할로겐, 저급 알콕시이고; Y가 수소 또는 염소이며; R이 수소 또는 Z가 수소, 저급 알킬, 할로겐, 니트로, 메톡시, 메틸티오, 메틸술포닐, -CF3또는 페녹시이며; 또 n이 1인 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, X가 염소 또는 불소이고; Y가 수소이며; R이 수소이고; Z가 수소, 4-F, 4-Cl 또는 4-CH3이며, 또 n이 1인 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 하기 화학식을 갖는 화합물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 하기의 화학식을 갖는 화합물.
  7. 하기 일반식(1)의 화합물을 함유하는 살진균제 또는 살균제 조성물:
    상기식에서, X는 할로겐, 저급 알콕시, 저급 알킬티오, 니트로 또는 메틸이고; Y는 수소 또는 염소이며; R은 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 알릴이고; Z는 수소, 할로겐, 니트로, 메톡시, 메틸티오, 메틸술포닐, -CF3, 페닐, 페녹시 또는 저급 알콕시카보닐이며; 또 n은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, X가 할로겐, 저급 알콕시 또는 메틸티오이고; Y가 수소 또는 염소이며; R이 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 알릴이고; Z가 수소, 저급 알킬, 할로겐, 니트로, 메톡시, 메틸티오, 메틸술포닐, -CF3, 페닐, 페녹시, 또는 저급 알콕시카보닐이며; 또 n이 1 내지 3의 정수인 살진균제 또는 살균제 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, X가 할로겐 또는 저급 알콕시이고; Y가 수소 또는 염소이며; R이 수소이고; Z가 수소, 저급 알킬, 할로겐, 니트로, 메톡시, 메틸티오, 메틸술포닐, -CF3또는 페녹시이며; 또 n이 1인 살진균제 또는 살균제 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, X가 염소 또는 플루오로이고; Y가 수소이며; R이 수소이고; Z가 수소, 4-F, 4-Cl 또는 4-CH3이며; n이 1인 살진균제 또는 살균제 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 활성성분이 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 살진균제 또는 살균제 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 활성성분의 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 살진균제 또는 살균제 조성물.
  13. 일반식(1)의 화합물을 살진균 또는 살균유효용량으로 토양 또는 작물에 투여함으로써 진균 또는 세균에 의해 야기되는 농작물 또는 원예작물의 질병을 예방하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, X는 할로겐, 저급 알콕시, 저급 알킬티오, 니트로 또는 메틸이고; Y는 수소 또는 염소이며; R은 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 알릴이고; Z는 수소, 저급 알킬, 할로겐, 니트로, 메톡시, 메틸티오, 메틸술포닐, -CF3, 페닐, 페녹시 또는 저급 알콕시카보닐이며; 또 n은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, X가 할로겐, 저급 알콕시 또는 메틸티오이고; Y가 수소 또는 염소이며; R이 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 알킬이고; Z가 수소, 저급 알킬, 할로겐, 니트로, 메톡시, 메틸티오, 메틸술포닐, -CF3, 페닐, 페녹시 또는 저급 알콕시카보닐이며; 또 n이 1 내지 3의 정수인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, X가 할로겐 또는 저급 알콕시이고; Y가 수소 또는 염소이며; R이 수소이고; Z가 수소, 저급 알킬, 할로겐, 니트로, 메틸시, 메틸티오, 메틸술포닐, -CF3또는 페녹시이며 또 n이 1인 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, X가 염소 또는 플루오로이고; Y가 수소이며; R이 수소이며; Z가 수소, 4-F, 4-Cl 또는 4-CH3이고; 또 n이 1인 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 활성 성분이 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 활성 성분이 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 방법.
  19. 불활성 용매 내에서, 경우에 따라 산 결합제의 존재하에, 일반식(2)의 화합물을(3)의 화합물과 반응시켜 이루어지는 일반식(1)화합물의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서, X, Y, R, Z 및 n은 상기 정의한 바와 같다.
  20. 불활성 용매 내에서 또는 과량의 일반식(5) 화합물 내에서, 일반식(4)의 화합물을 일반식(5)의 화합물과 반응시켜 이루어지는 일반식(1)화합물의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서, X, Y, Z 및 n은 상기 정의한 바와 같고, R은 수소이다.
  21. 불활성 용매 내에서 또는 용매없이, 염기 존재하에 일반식(6)의 화합물을 일반식(7)의 화합물과 반응시켜 이루어지는 일반식(1) 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서, X, Y, Z, n 및 R은 상기 정의한 바와 같고, R″은 알킬 또는 아릴이다.
  22. 불활성 용매 중의 염기 존재하에, 일반식(8)의 화합물을 일반식(9)의 화합물과 반응시켜 이루어지는 일반식(1) 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서, X, Y, Z 및 n은 상기 정의한 바와 같고; R은 저급 알킬 또는 알릴이며; Q는 할로겐이다.
