Claims (5)
- 이, 콜리 044 k74로 아래물질을 출발물질로 하여 L-카르니틴으로 가수화시킴을 특징으로 하는 L(-)-카르니틴 제조방법.출발물질 : 크로토노 베타인, 크로토노베타인의 니트릴, 아미드, 아릴 또는 알킬 에스테르유도체, 크로토노베타인의 염소화물, 요도화물, 과염소화물, 질산염 또는 인산염.
- 제1항에 이어서, 반응배지에서의 크로토노베타인농도 범위가 10μ몰 내지 5몰/ℓ인 L(-)-카르니틴 제조방법.
- (정정) 제1항에 있어서, 산소, 질산염, 트리메틸아민 N-산화물 및 기타 N-산화물, 글루코즈, 푸럭토즈, 사카로즈, 말토오즈, 디메틸설폭사이드, 푸마레이트, 크로톤에이트, 아크릴레이트 등과같이 크로토노 베타인의 γ-부티로베타인으로의 환원을 억제시키는 호흡용 전자수용체, 수소수용체 및 기타 기질을 첨가해준 시판 복합영양배지 또는 최소영양배지에서 배양을 행하는 L(-)-카르니틴 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, L(-)-카르니틴 합성이 유도 휴지기 세포에 의해 행해지며, 또 이같은 유도가 성장 박테리아 배지에 크로토노베타인, L(-)-카르니틴 합성이 유도 휴지기 세포에 의해 행해지며, 또 이같은 유도가 성장 박테리아 배지에 크로토노베타인, L-(-), D(+), D L-카르니틴 유도체(예 : 카르복실산에스테르, O-아실카르니틴 또는 O-아실카르니틴에스테르) 및 그 염을 첨가해서 이루어지는 L(-)-카르니틴 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크로토노베타인이 박테리아 성장의 제1상에서 L(-)-카르니틴 합성용 원료물질로 사용되는 L(-)-카르니틴 제조방법.
