Claims (4)

  1. 희유기체와 수은이 봉입된 기밀성외관과, 상기 외관내에 형성되고, 또한 상기 외관내의공간에 대해서 개구를 가진 내관과, 상기 외관의 내표면 및 상기 내관의 외표면중 적어도 한쪽에 형성되고, 또한 실질적으로 가시광을 산란하지 않는 투명한 금속산화물 및 인산염중 적어도 1개의 물질로 이루어지는 피막을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전구형 형광등.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금숙산화물이 Al,Ti,Si,Mg,Zr 및 B로 이루어진 그루우프로부터 선택된 적어도 1개의 금속의 산화물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전구형 형광등.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인산염이 Ca2P2O7로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전구형 형광등.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 막두께가 0.05㎛-0.5㎛의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전구형 형광등.
