Claims (10)
- 제1항에 있어서 배지가 질원소, 탄소원 및 무기염을 함유하는 항생물질 BMG 162-aF2를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배양을 충분한 양의 BMG 162-aF2를 축적하는데 충분한 시간 PH 5.0 내지 8.2, 15° 내지 40℃의 액상 배양액 중에서 호기적으로 진행시키는 항생물질 BMG 162-aF2를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 배지로부터의 BMG 162-aF2의 회수를 활성기로서 카르복시산을 갖는 약한 양이온 교환수지를 사용하는 칼럼크로마토그라피 처리로 진행시키는 항생물질 BMG 162-aF2를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수지에 흡착된 BMG 162-aF2를 산수용액 또는 염수용액으로 용리시키는 항생물질 BMG 162-aF2를 제조하는 방법.
