Claims (9)

  1. 교차 광선 비임의 매트릭스내에 삽입된 물체의 위치를 설정하기 위해 사용된 대향 광선 비임 소오스(34) 및 광선 비임 검출기(36)쌍에 의해 형성된 교차 광선 비임의 매트릭스를 갖고있는 광선 비임 터치 패널 시스템용 전자 에너지 간섭 밀폐 장치에 있어서, 도전성 부재(30)이 교차 광선 비임의 매트릭스의 주변부에 배치되고 광선 비임(32)를 통과시키기 위해 광선 비임(32)와 광학적 배열로 배치되도록 형성된 다수의 간격을 두고 배치된 에퍼츄어(40)을 갖고 있고, 에퍼추어(40)이 통과 광선 비임(22)의 주파수보다 낮고 전자 에너지 간섭의 주파수보다 높은 차단 주파수를 갖고 있는 도파관으로서 작용하도록 선택된 길이에 대한 단면 크기의 비를 갖고 있으며, 주위환경 밀폐 장치(42,43)이 도파관을 주위 오염물로부터 밀폐시키기 위해 에퍼츄어(40)양단에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자에너지 간섭 밀폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 애퍼츄어(40)이 각각의 광선 비임(32)와 광학적으로 배열로 되어있는 2개의 애퍼츄어가 있도록 부재(30)내에 배치되고, 1개의 애퍼츄어(40)이 광선 비임 소오스(34)에 인접하여 배치되며, 제2애퍼츄어가 쌍으로된 광선비임 검출기(36)에 인접하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 에너지 간섭 밀폐 장치.
  3. 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 애퍼츄어(40)의 길이가 최소한 단면 크기의 4배인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 에너지 간섭 밀폐장치.
  4. 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 애퍼츄어(40)이 원형 단면형태를 갖고, 애퍼츄어(40)의 길이가 최소한 이 애퍼츄어의 직경의 4배인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 에너지 간섭 밀폐 장치.
  5. 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 애퍼츄어(40)이 약 100GHz의 차단 주파수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 에너지 간섭 밀폐장치.
  6. 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 애퍼츄어(40)의 내부 표면이 비반사성인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 에너지 간섭 밀폐 장치.
  7. 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주위환경 밀폐 장치가 어두운 색으로 된 도파관(40)의 외부 개구의 덮개(42), 및 거의 투명한 도파관(40)의 내부 개구의 덮개(43)으로 구성되고, 이 2개의 덮개들이 광선 비임(32)를 감쇠시키지 않고서 거의 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 에너지 간섭 밀폐 장치.
  8. 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부재(30)이 터치 패널 시스템으로부터 부재(30)을 비파괴적으로 분해시키는 비교적 낮은 접착 계수를 갖고 있는 도전성 합성물에 의해 터치 패널 시스템에 관련하여 제위치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 에너지 간섭 밀폐장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 합성물이 촉매를 사용하지 않고 인가된 은에폭시로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 에너지 간섭 밀폐장치.
