Claims (6)

1스탠드에 3개 이상의 작업 롤을 구비하여 상기 작업 롤에 의해 압연재를 동시에 2점 이상에서 압연 하도록 한 압연 방법에 있어서, 각 압연 패스중 적어도 하나의 패스의 작업측, 구동측 각각의 롤 갭을 직접적 혹은 간접적으로 검출하고, 양자의 출력을 기초로 좌우의 갭차를 구하고, 상기 갭차에 응하여 그 압연 패스에 있어서의 롤 갭의 작동측, 구동측의 각각의 간격을 조절하여 좌우의 롤갭 차를 목표로 하는 값에 대략 같게 되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 패스 압연 방법.
1스탠드에 3개 이상의 작업 롤을 구비하여 상기 작업 롤에 의해 압연재를 동시에 2점 이상에서 압연 하도록 한 압연기에 있어서, 각 압연 패스중 적어도 하나의 패스의 작업측, 구동측 각각에 설치되어 롤갭을 직접적 혹은 간접적으로 검출하는 검출기와, 상기 검출기의 출력신호의 차를 연산하여 롤 갭차를 구하는 장치와, 상기 롤 갭 차에 응하여 작업측, 구동측의 롤 갭을 독립하여 변화시킬 수 있는 제어장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 패스 압연 장치.
1스탠드에 3개 이상의 작업 롤을 구비하여 상기 작업 롤 중 적어도 1개에 의해 압연재를 동시에 2점 이상에서 압연하는 압연기에 있어서, 각 압연 패스중 적어도 하나의 패스의 입구측 혹은 출구측의 어느 한쪽의 압연재의 통과면 하방 혹은 상방에 배치된 판폭단 위치 검출기와, 상기 판폭단 위치 검출기로부터의 신호를 기초로 압연재의 사행량을 구하는 장치와, 사행량에 응하여 압연패스의 작업측, 구동측의 롤갭을 독립하여 변화시키는 제어 장치를 설치하고, 압연재의 사행을 방지할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 패스 압연 장치.
제3항에 있어서, 사행 제어계가 구비되지 않은 압연 패스에 있어서 롤 갭을 직접적 혹은 간접적으로 검출하기 위해 작업 롤의 좌우에 설치된 검출기와, 상기 좌우의 검출기의 차를 연산하여 작업측과 구동측의 롤 갭의 차를 구하는 장치를 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 압연 장치.
제4항에 있어서, 롤 갭차에 응하여 작업측, 구동측의 롤 갭을 독립하여 변화시킬 수 있는 벤딩 제어장치를 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 압연 장치.
제3항에 있어서, 롤 갭 차에 응하여 작업측, 구동측의 롤갭을 독립하여 변화시킬 수 있는 압축 제어장치를 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 압연 장치.
