제2도는 플라스미드 p 159/6 및 플라스미드 pH 131/5로부터 인터루킨 -2를 암호화하는 플라스미드 pH 185/11의 제조를 보여주며,
제3도는 β-인터페론을 암호화하는 플라스미드 pH 192/5를 나타낸다.

Claims (3)

  1. 5'ATGG 3'가 뒤따르는 DNA 서열(I) (암호화 본쇄 : coding strand)을 함유하는 이. 콜라이(E.coli) 벡터를 제한효소 NcoI으로 절단하고,
    a) 절단 부위에 DNA 서열(Ⅱ)의 유전자 구조를 연결시키거나, 또는
    b) 절단 부위를 효소학적으로 채우고 서열(Ⅲ)의 DNA를 서열(Ⅳ)의 DNA로 연결시키거나, 또는
    c) 절단 부위의 돌출 서열을 효소학적으로 분해하고, 서열(Ⅵ)의 DNA를 서열(Ⅶ)의 DNA로 열결시킴을 특징으로하여, 이. 콜라이의 trp 발현 시스템을 갖는 벡터를 제조하는 방법.
