Claims (9)
- 유입부와 이 유입부로부터 연장하는 만곡부 및 만곡부로부터 연장하는 유출부로 구성되며, 상기 만곡부는 거의 원형 단면형태를 갖고 굽힘부를 포함하는 휘어진 유동통로를 한정해 주고, 상기 유입부는 거의 원형 단면 형태를 갖고 분말의 이송방향에서 하류측을 향해 점진적으로 증가하는 단면적을 가진 효산부를 포함하는 유입 유동통로를 한정해주도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 이송용 곡관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 휘어진 유동통로의 단면적이 그 전체 길이를 따라 실질적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 곡관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유출부는 거의 원형 단면 형태를 갖는 유출 유동통로를 한정해 주며, 이 유출 유동통로는 분말의 이송방향에서 하류측을 향해 점진적으로 감소하는 단면적을 가진 수렴부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유입통로의 효산부의 단면이 이송방향에서 하류측을 향해 가면서 중심으로서의 효산부의 축둘레를 실제로 동심적으로 효산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유입통로의 효산부의 효산각(θ1)이 0°<θ1 50°인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡관.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 효산부의 효산각(θ1)이 10°<θ1 30°인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유출통로의 수렴부의 단면이 이송방향에서 하류측을 향해 가면서 중심으로서의 수렴부의 축둘레를 실제로 동심적으로 수렴하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 유입통로의 효산부가 휘어진 유동통로에 대해 유출통로의 수렴부와 대칭을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 유출통로에서의 분말의 이송방향이 유입통로에서의 이송방향에 실질적으로 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 곡관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
