Claims (2)
- 수평부와 그 기단으로 부터 수하하는 수하부를 갖고, 이들 수평부의 선단과 수하부의 하단에는 각각 로울러 무한 궤도의 부하역과 무부하역을 구성하는 부하홈과 무부하 홈을 갖는 접동대와, 상기 접동대의 수평부 선단과 수하부 하단에 각각 장착되고, 이들 수평부 선단과 수하부 하단에 형성된 부하홈과 무부하홈과 함께 로울러 무한궤도를 형성하는 한 쌍의 로울러가이드와 상기 접동대의 수평부 선단과 수하부 하단에 형성된 각 부하홈에 상대면하는 상부와 측부 전주면을 갖는 궤도대와 상기 접동대의 수평부 선단과 수하부 하단에 상기 로울러 가이드와 함께 형성된 각 로울러 무한케도 네를 순환하고, 접동대측의 각 부하흠과 궤도대측의 각 전주면과의 사이에서 하중을 부하하는 다수의 로울러로써된 직선 접동용 로울러 배어링에 있어, 상기 궤도대에는, 고정볼트가 관통하는 장착공을 천설함과 동시에, 상기 수평부 상면에 대하여 거의 직교하는 이 장착공에 관하여 일측방에 상기 상부 전주면과 측부 전주면을 형성하고, 상기 상부 전주면과 이 상부 전주면과 상대면하는 상기 접동대의 수평부 선단측에 형성한 부하홈의 사이에 있어서 하중 작용선을 상기 수평부 상면에 대하여 직교시키고, 상기 측부 전주면과 이 측부 전주면에 상대면하는 상기 접동대의 수하부하 단측에 형성한 부하홈의 사이에 있어서 하중 작용선을 상기 수평부 상면에 직교하느 수선에 대하여 상향으로 경사시키고, 상기 접동대를 가동체에 고정할 때, 이 가동체 측으로부터 수평부측으로 향하는 압압력을 작용시켜서 예압을 부여함을 특징으로 하는 직선접동용 로울러 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어, 접동대에는, 이 접동대의 수평부의 기단으로 부터 수평부와는 반대측으로 향하여 장착부를 돌설함과 동시에, 이 장착부에는 상기 접동대를 가동체에 장착하느 장착 볼트가 유감하는 장착공을 축방향으로 2열 천설하고, 상기 접동대를 가동체에 고정할 때, 상기 장착볼트를 하방측으로 부터 장착공을 관통하여 가동체에 장착하도록함을 특징으로 하는 직선 접동용 로울러 베어링.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
