Claims (10)
- 반응기의 합량을 거의 균일하게 하고 중합성분을 연속적으로 첨가한 다음 반응혼합물을 거의 같은 속도로 반응기로부터 연속적으로 유출시키며; 반응기내로의 단량체 및 개시제 공급류의 유량을 제어하는 장치와, 반응기 유출류중의 중합체의 분자량을 측정하여 반응기내로의 개시제 첨가속도를 제어하여 거의 일정한 분자량의 중합체를 제공하도록 하는 신호를 발생시키는 장치를 더욱 특징으로 하는, 연속식 교반탱크 반응기내에서 음이온 중합가능한 단량체를 유기금속 음이온성 개시제와 중합시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합가능한 단량체가 알케닐 방향족 단량체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합가능한 단량체가 스티렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합가능한 단량체가 p-비닐툴루엔인 방법.

- 단량체 공급장치; 이 단량체 공급장치의 유출구에 연결된 단량체 유량제어장치; 음이온 중합개시제 공급장치; 상기 개시제 공급장치의 유출구에 연결된 개시제유량 제어장치; 유입구 및 유출구를 구비한 연속식 교반탱크 반응기, 이 반응기의 유입구는 단량체 유량제어장치 및 개시제 유량제어장치가 협동적 기능을 가지고 있어 이 두 장치로부터 물질을 적절한 량 수신하도록 되어 있으며, 다음 장치들과 협동적 기능을 갖는 유충관; 연속식 교반탱크 반응기로부터의 유출물중의 중합체 분자량이 변함에 따라 변화하는 제1차 신호발생장치(이 제1차 신호는 개시체 유량을 제어함으로써 제조될 중합체의 분자량을 제어함); 중합체의 분자량을 측정하고 중합체의 분자량을 지시하는 제2차 신호를 발생시키는 장치; 제2차 신호를 수신하고 이 장치를 조절하여 거의 균일한 분자량의 중합체를 제공하도록 하는 제1차 신호를 제공하는 장치로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 음이온 중합된 알케닐 방향족 중합체 제조용 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
