Claims (10)

  1. 완성된 포장체를 운반하기 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 손잡이가 구비된 열 수축성 필름을 사용한 포장 방법에 있어서, 그 구성이 길다란 테이프(32)를 열수축성 물질로 된 포장 필름(26)의 전체길이를 따라 부착시키고, 상기 테이프(32)의 중앙부의 가장자리를 따라 상기 포장필름(26)상에 취약부를 형성시키고, 요구되는 손잡이 위치에 상기 테이프(32)의 중앙 부분이 위치할 수 있도록 상기 포장필름(26)으로 피포장제품(36)을 둘러싸고, 상기 포장필름의 양쪽단부(39)를 서로 봉합하고, 손잡이를 제공할 테이프의 중앙부를 따라서 형성된 취약부가 개구(41,42)로 형성되도록 포장 필름이 수축될 수 있는 충분한 가열 상태에 상기 봉합된 포장필름을 처리하는 과정으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 수축성 필름을 사용한 포장방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 방법에는 열 수축성 물질로 된 연속된 끈 형성의 필름을 제공하고, 상기 연속 필름면상에 상기 테이프 부착 단계를 제공하도록 일정한 간격을 띄우면서 길다란 테이프들을 부착시키고, 취약부를 형성하기 위해 상기 부착된 테이프의 양쪽 가장자리를 따라 필름면상에 취약부를 구성하고 피포장 제품을 둘러싸고, 필름을 봉합하여 가열 단계에 적용하기 위해 하나의 테이프가 부착된 필름으로 절단해 내는 과정을 아울러 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 수축성 필름을 사용한 포장방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 취약부의 구성단계는 열수축성 물질의 필름상에 구멍을 형성하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름을 사용한 포장방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 취약부의 구성단계는 열수축성 물질의 필름상에 해당부위를 절단함으로써 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름을 사용한 포장방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 취약부의 구성단계는 열수축성 물질의 필름상에 해당부위를 얇게 함으로써 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름을 사용한 포장방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 태이프 부착단계는 열수축성 물질의 필름상에 접착제를 사용하여 테이프를 부착시키는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름을 사용한 포장방법.
  7. 제1항의 방법에 의해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름을 사용한 포장체.
  8. 적어도 하나이상의 피포장제품을 포장하기 위해 적용되며, 열수축 가능한 소성물질의 필름(19)과 상기 필름(19)의 표면상에 부착된 적어도 하나이상의 긴 테이프(20)로 구성되고 상기 부착된 테이프(20)의 중앙부(21,22)를 따라서 필름(19)상에 취약부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열 수축성 포장필름.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열수축 가능한 소성물질의 포장필름(19) 재료는 폴리올레핀, 2축 방향성 폴리비닐프롤 라이드, 폴리에스터로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되고, 상기 테이프(20)의 재료로는 천연 혹은 인조직물, 폴리에스터, 폴리프로필렌, 섬유 보강필름, 안정화된 폴리비닐크롤라이드, 크래프트페이퍼, 보강된 카아드보오드로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 상기 테이프(20)는 접착제를 이용하여 상기 필름(19)상에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 수축성 포장필름.
  10. 적어도 하나 이상의 피포장 제품과, 상기 피포장 제품을 둘러싸고 있는 열 수축된 폴리메릭 물질로된 필름판(2)과 상기 폴리메릭 물질판 상에 부착된 하나의 긴 테이프(3)와, 포장체의 손잡이(4)를 제공하는 개구를 필름판에 부착된 테이프의 중앙부 가장자리에 형성시키도록 테이프(3)의 중앙부를 따라 상기 열수축된 폴리메릭 물질로된 필름상에 개구(6,7)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 수축성 필름을 사용한 포장체.
