Claims (13)

  1. (a) 테이프 배치 헤드 하우징(18), (b) 상기 하우징에 대하여 이동가능한 지지체시이트(26), (c) 압축 가능한 물질로된 비교적 두꺼운 다수의 스트립들을 서로 떨어져 있게하고 그 스트립들을 상기 지지체시이트상에 부착하여 주는 테이프 조립기 유니트(22), 및 (d) 서로 인접하는 비교적 얇고 넓은 테이프(스트립)들을 형성하도록 상기 시이트상의 상기 스트립들을 압축하기 위한 테이프 콤팩터유니트(23)으로 구성된 테이프 적층기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 테이프 조립기 유니트(22)가 상기 스트립들의 간격을 변화시키도록 조정가능하게 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 테이프 적층기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 시이트하부에, 소정길이로 상기 스트립들을 절단하여 주는 커터 캠 조립체(46)이 배설되어 있음을 특징으로 하는, 테이프 적층기.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 커터캠 조립체가 상기 스트립들의 간격에 따라 조정가능하게 구성된 것임을 특징으로하는, 테이프 적층기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 테이프 콤팩터 유니트(23)이 상기 지지체시이트와 압축성 스트립을 수용하기 위한 로울 닙프(30)을 형성하는 1쌍의 로울러(28, 29)를 갖추어 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 테이프 적층기.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 테이프 조립기유니트가, 그를 통하여 스트립들이 공급되어지는, 스트립 간격 형성 안내 조립체(45)를 포함하여 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 테이프 적층기.
  7. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 커터캠 조립체가 상기 스트립들의 공급을 중단시키고, 소정시기에 공급을 재개시하도록 하여주는 솔레노이드 작동기(139)를 포함하여 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 테이프 적층기.
  8. (a) 테이프 배치헤드의 X-방향주행을 한정하는 수평 통로시스템을 가진 장치의 기부(11),
    (b) 상기기부의 통로시스템에 지지되며, 테이프 배치헤드의 Y-방향 주행을 한정하는 수평의 겐트리통로시스템을 가진 겐트리(13),
    (c) 상기 겐트리 통로시스템에 지지되며, 테이프 배치헤드의 Z-방향주행을 한정하는 수직의 새들 통로시스템을 가진 새들(15),
    (d) 상기 새들 통로시스템에 지지되며, C-회전운동축을 형성하는 회전통로시스템을 가진 수직슬라이드(17)
    (e) 테이프 배치헤드(19),
    (f) 테이프배치헤드 하우징(18), 상기 하우징에 대하여 이동가능한 지지체시이트(26), 압축가능한 물질로된 비교적 두꺼운 다수의 스트립들을 서로 떨어져 있게 하고 그 스트립들을 상기 지지체시이트상에 부착하여 주는 테이프 조립기 유니트(22), 상기 스트립들을 소정길이로 절단하여 주는 커터캠조립체(46), 및 서로 인접하는 비교적 얇고 넓은 테이프(스트립)들을 형성하도록 상기 지지체 시이트상의 스트립들을 압축하기 위한 테이프 콤팩터유니트(23)으로 이루어진 테이프적층기(20),
    (g) 상기 테이프 배치헤드 상에 정하여진 테이프 배치부로 상기 지지체 시이트 및 상기 넓은 테이프를 전진시키고, 테이프 배치부에 상대적으로 위치된 작업 표면상에 상기 넓은 테이프를 부착시켜주는 테이프 배치로울러시스템(24), 및
    (h) 상기 테이프의 부착후 상기 테이프 배치부로부터 상기 지지체시이트를 회수 이송하여 주는 권취리일(25)을 포함하여 구성된, 테이프배치장치.
  9. 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 테이프 적층기(20)의 테이프조립기유니트가, 그를 통하여 스트립들이 공급되어지는, 스트립간격형성안내 조립체(45)를 포함하여 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 테이프 배치장치.
  10. 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 테이프 적층기(20)의 커터캠 조립체가 상기 스트립들의 공급을 중단시키고 소정시기에 공급을 재개시할 수 있도록 하여주는 솔레노이드 작동기(139)를 포함하여 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 테이프 배치장치.
  11. 테이프 배치장치의 테이프 배치헤드에 압축가능한 다수의 스트립들을 공급하여 복합테이프를 제조함에 있어서, (a) 상기 테이프 배치헤드에 이동가능한 지지체 시이트를 공곱하고, (b) 상기 압축가능한 스트립들을 상호 간격을 두고 떨어져 있도록 유지시킨 다음, (c) 상기 떨어져 있는 스트립들을 상기 지지체 시이트에 공급하여 부착시키고, (d) 상기 지지체 시이트상에 부착된 스트립들을 상호 인접하는 얇고 넓게 신장된 테이프를 형성하도록 압축시킴을 특징으로하는 테이프 제조방법.
  12. 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 스트립들을 압축시키기 전에 그 압축가능한 스트립들을 먼저 소정길이로 절단함을 특징으로 하는 테이프 제조방법.
  13. 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 떨어져 있는 다수의 스트립들을 상기 지지체 시이트에 공급함에 있어서 소정시기에 상기 스트립들의 공급을 중단하고 다시 소정시기에 공급을 재개시함을 특징으로 하는 테이프 제조방법.
