Claims (7)
- 잉크공급장치의 잉크도포 로울러에 맞물려 있으며 부분적으로는 친유성이고 부분적으로는 친수성인 표면영역들을 가지는 측정로울러와, 상기 측정로울러에 인접하여 배치되고, 측정로울러로부터 간격을 떼고 그 측정로울러의 전체폭에 걸쳐서 그 측정로울러에 작용을 하고있고 잉크 필름두께와 습분필름 두께 사이의 관계를 밝혀내는 광전자식 측정장치를 포함하는 옵세트 인쇄기계의 잉크공급장치내에서 습분 안내의 구역별의 측정기술에 의한 조절을 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기의 측정로울러의 적어도 친유성 표면은 스크린으로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 친유성의 스크린은 상기의 측정로울러의 양쪽종방향과 주위방향에서 임의의 표면 복개도의 균일한 표면 복개도를 보이고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 측정로울러(3)의 종방향에서는 친유성의 스크린(4)는 임의의 표면 복개도의 균일한 표면 복개를 나타내고 있으나 상기한 측정로울러의 주위방향에서는 적어도 2개의 상이한 표면 복개를 가지는 불균일하게 단상을 이룬 표면 복개를 보이고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 혹은 제 3 항의 하나에 있어서, 측정로울러(3)의 주위방향에 무단으로 진행하고 있는 스크린 키이(10)으로서의 친유성 스크린(4)는 100%로부터 0%까지 연속적으로 감소하는 표면 복개를 형성하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 친유성 스크린(4)의 표면 영역은 동으로 만들어지고 이와 대족적으로 측정로울러의 남아있는 친수성의 표면영역(3)은 알루미늄 혹은 크로움으로 제작되고 있는것을 특징으로하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 측정장치(6)은 측정로울러(3)의 종방향에서 측방으로 이송할수 있는 적어도 하나의 감지기(7)이 장착되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 측정로울러(3)의 종방향에는 측정장치(6)이 다수의 감지기(7)이 장착되어 있으며 이 감기기들은 측정하고자하는 구역의수에 상응하는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
