Claims (16)
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도가 20 내지 60℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 활성탄으로 처리하여 정제한 융점 117 내지 120℃의 조 2-아미노-3-카브에톡시아미노-6-(p-플루오로벤질아미노)-피리딘을 출발물질로 사용하여 말리에이트를 형성시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 말리에이트가 결정으로 석출된 후, 용매의 존재하에 5 내지 180분 동안 30℃ 내지 용매의 비점사이의 온도에서 가열하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 활성탄으로 처리하여 정제한 융점 117 내지 120℃의 조 2-아미노-3-카브에톡시아미노-6-(p-플루오로벤질아미노)-피리딘을 출발물질로 사용하여 말리에이트를 형성시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 2-아미노-3-카브에톡시아미노-6-(p-플루오로벤질아미노)-피리딘과 말레산과의 반응을 비용해된 종 결정의 존재하에 20 내지 60℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 2-아미노-3-카브에톡시아미노-6-(p-플루오로벤질아미노)-피리딘과 말레산의 반응을 비용해된 종결정의 존재하에 20 내지 60℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 변형체 A 60 내지 90%를 함유하는 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 결정성 변형체 A 65 내지 85%를 함유하는 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 결정성 변형체 A 75 내지 85%를 함유하는 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
