Claims (7)

  1. 분산성 알루미나 수화물 분말, 마이크론 이하 단위의 알파 알루미나 접종물질 및 산을 25%이상의 고체함량으로 혼합시키고, 이 혼합물을 가압시킨 다음, 생성되는 기공율이 10%미만인 소지(素地)를 연소시킴을 특징으로 하는 분산성 알루미나 수화물 분말로 부터 마이크론 이하단위의 결정크기를 갖는 다결정 알파 알루미나체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성형 및 연소시키기 전에 알루미나 수화물을 열수처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 혼합물에 압출다이의 수단에 의해 압력을 가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 혼합조작시 압력을 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 생성되는 알루미나체의 경도가 16GPa이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 생성되는 알루미나체의 밀도가 이론치의 97%이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 접종물질을 원료 고형물의 5중량%미만의 양으로 합유시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
