Claims (18)
- 액체로 변화되어 보호 갤 표면을 현탁수용액으로 변화시킬 수 있는 중합성 겔 매트릭스에 미셀입자를 현탁시켜 그 미셀입자 주위에 보호 겔 표면을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 미셀입자의 안정화 및 수명증대 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스가 거의 실온 또는 그 이상의 온동에서 용융하여 상기 보호 겔 표면을 수용액으로 변화시킬 수 있는 다당류 또는 폴리펩티드인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스가 젤라틴인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스가 아가로우즈인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미셀입자가 인지질인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수포의 내부에 치료제를 포함시키는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스 약 0.5중량% 내지 약 10중량%의 겔을 함유하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스가 약 1중량% 내지 약 5중량%의 겔을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항,제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스를 액체로 변화시킴으로써 그 갤 매트릭스는 현탁수용액으로 변화시키고, 이어서 미셀입자에는 방사성 핵종으로 표지를 붙이는 방법.
- 액체로 변화되어 보호 겔 표면을 현탁수용액으로 변화시킬 수 있는 중합성 겔 매트릭스에 미셀입자를 현탁시켜 그 미셀입자 주위에 보호 겔 표면이 형성된 미셀입자.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스가 거의 실온 또는 그 이상의 온도에서 용융하여 상기 보호겔 표면을 수용액으로 변화시킬 수 있는 다당류 또는 폴리펩티드인 미셀입자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스가 젤라틴인 미셀입자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스가 아가로우즈인 미셀입자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 미셀입자가 인지질인 미셀입자.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 수포의 내부에 치료제를 포함시키는 미셀입자.
- 제10항, 제11항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스 약 0.5중량% 내지 약 10중량%의 겔을 함유하는 미셀입자.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스가 약 1중량% 내지 약 5중량%의 겔을 함유하는 미셀입자.
- 제10항, 제11항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 겔 매트릭스는 현탁수용액으로 변화되어 있고, 미셀입자에는 방사성 핵종으로 표지를 붙인 미셀입자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
