Claims (6)
- 공칭자속밀도를 알고 있는 전자석의 코어에 자기장을 발생시키기 위해 크기를 알고 있는 전류를 가하고 전자석의 코어에 가스를 공급하며 가스에 포함되어 있는 산소의 농도에 비례하여 변화하는 자속밀도의 변화를 8측정하므로서 가스에 포함되어 있는 산소의 농도를 감지하는 산소농도 감지방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자속밀도의 변화는 홀효과 감지기를 이용하여 측정하는 것.
- 자속을 알고 있는 갭을 가지는 영구자석 사이에 가스를 공급하고, 가스에 포함된 산소농도에 비례하여 변하는 자속밀도를 측정하므로서 가스에 포함된 산소농도를 감지하는 산소농도 감지방법.
- 코어를 가지는 전자석과 상기 코어내에 공칭자속을 알고 있는 자기장을 발생시키기 위하여 상기 전자석을 통해 알고 있는 값의 전류를 통과시키는 장치와 자기코어를 통해 가스를 전도하기 위한 장치 및 가스에 포함된 산소농도에 비례하여 변하는 자속밀도의 변화를 측정하기 위한 장치로 이루어진 가스내의 산소농도 측정을 위한 산소감지기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산소농도측정장치는 홀효과감지기로 구성된 것.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산소감지기는 제1전자석과 실질적으로 동일하며 코어내의 자기도자율을 알 수 있는 물질로 되어 있는 제2전자석과 제2전자석의 코어내에 제1전자석의 공칭자속밀도의 동일한 자장을 생성할 수 있도록 제2전자석에 연결된 전류공급장치 및 제2전자석의 코어내 공칭자속밀도를 측정하기 위해 제2전자석에 연결된 측정장치로 구성된 것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
