Claims (10)
- 중량비율에 의한 수경선 시멘트 100부, 친수성의 유기계결합체 약 0.5-약 15부 및 물을 필수성분으로 하여 포함하는 시멘트계혼합물을 고전단력하에 혼련하고, 수고형물 중량비 약 0.2이하의 성형체로 성형하고, 이 성형체를 예비적으로 수화경화시켜 이 수화성형체를 약 300-1000℃의 온도로서 소성한 후, 이 소성체를 수화경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 시멘트제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트계 혼합물이 시멘트 100부에 대하여 약 500중량부이하의 골재를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 고강도시멘트 제품의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열팽창계수의 작은 골재를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 고강도시멘트 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트계 혼합물이 유효량의 실질적으로 내열성의 섬유 상보강재를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 고강도시멘트 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는3항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트 제품이 약 200kgf/㎠ 이상의 구부림강도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 고강도시멘트 제품의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트 제품이 약 350kgf/㎠ 이상의 구부림 강도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 고강도시멘트 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고전달력하에 혼련한 상기 시멘트계 혼합물을 수고형물중량비 약 0.18 이하의 성형체로 성형함을 특징으로 하는 고강도시멘트의 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비적으로 수화경화시킨 성형체가 약100밀리미크론 이하의 기공경(50%중앙치) 및 약50% 이하의 기공륜을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 고강도 시멘트 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트제품이 약 300밀리미크론 이하의 기공경(50%중앙치) 및 약 45% 이하의 기공률을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 고강도 시멘트 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비적으로 수화경화한 성형물의 소요포면에 유약을 시공한 후 이 유악의 용융온도 약 1000℃에서 소성 및 수화경화를 실시함을 특징으로 하는 고강도 시멘트제품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
