Claims (22)

1-70중량%의 물에 팽윤된 입자, 10-60중량%의 소수성 액체, 5-60중량%의 물 및 1-25중량%의 유화제로 구성된 생체고분자 유중수 유탁액.
제1항에 있어서, 30-65중량%의 다당류, 15-40중량%의 소수성 액체, 5-25중량%의 물, 5-25중량%의 유화제 및 1-15중량%의 안정화제로 구성된 생체고분자 유중수 유탁액.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유화제가 솔비탄-모노-올레이트, 솔비탄 모노-라우레이트, 에톡시화알킬페놀, 솔비탄 모노-팔미테이트, 솔비탄 모노-스테아레이트, 폴티이소부틸렌-무수말레인산-트리에틸렌테트라아민, 비스(2-하이드록시에틸)탤로우아민, 탤로우아인 또는 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 생체고분자 유탁액.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유화제가 솔비탄-모노-올레이트와 솔비탄 모노타우레이트의 혼합물 및 에톡시화알킬페놀 및/또는 폴리-이소부틸렌-무수말레인산-트리에틸렌테트아민과 비스(2-하이드록시에틸)탤로우아민의 혼합물인 생체고분자 유탁액.
제2항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에서 안정화제가 폴리알킬메타크릴레이트, 폴리알킬아크릴레이트, 알킬아크릴레이트와 비닐피리딘의 공중합체, 알킬메타크릴레이트와 비닐피리딘의 공중합체 또는 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 생체고분자 유탁액.
제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나에서 다당류가크산토모나스 캠페스트리스NCIB 11808,크산토모나스 캠페스트리스NCIB 11854,슈도모나스종NCIB 11624 및슈도모나스종NCIB 11592로부터 유도된 것인 생체고분자 유탁액.
제1항 내지 6항중 어느 하나에서 다당류가 맑고 임의로 농축된 발효액으로부터 3-25중량%의 다당류를 함유하는 세포파펀이 거의 없는 수용액 상태로 얻어지는 생체고분자 유탁액.
제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에서 소수성액체가 비점이 110-220°C인 탄화수소용매와 비점이 280-400°C인 탄화수소용매의 혼합물의 생체고분자 유탁액.
제1항 내지 8항중 어느 하나에서 저비점 소수성 용매가 "쉘졸 TD" 또는 "Q 5911"로부터 선택되며 고비점 용매가 "온디나 15"(Ondina), "리셀라 15"(Risella)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 생체고분자 유탁액.
제1항 내지 9항중 어느 하나에서크산토모나스 캠페스트리스NCIB 11808,크산토모나스 캠페스트리스NCIB 11854,슈도모나스종NCIB 11624 및/또는슈도모나스종NCIB 11592로부터 유도된 다당류 30-60중량%와 석유에테르 25-45중량%와 물5-25% 및 솔비탄 모노- 올레이트와 솔비탄 모노라우레이트 및/또는 폴리-이소부틸렌-무수말레인산-트리에틸렌-테트라아민과 비스(2-하이드록시에틸)탤로우아민의 혼합물 5-20%로 구성된 생체고분자 유탁액.
제1항 내지 10항중 어느 하나에서크산토모나스 캠페스트리스NCIB 11854로부터 유도된 다당류 40-60중량%, "스펜 20" 7-17중량, "노니뎃-NP 50" 3-8중량%, 폴리메타크릴레이트 1-3중량%, "온디나 15" 15-25중량% 및 물 3-10중량%로 구성된 생체고분자 유탁액.
제1항 내지 11항중 어느 하나에서 유탁액이 에톡시화알킬페놀로 구성된 균으로부터 선택된 계면활성제를 포함하는 생체고분자 유탁액.
제1항 내지 12항중 어느 한 생체고분자 유탁액을 전단처리하거나 콜로이드 밀내에서 밀링하여 다당류 소적의 크기를 실질적으로 감소시킨 후 얻어진 생체고분자 유탁액.
실시예들을 특수참조로 앞서 언급한 바와 같은 생체고분자 유탁액.
제1항 내지 14항중 어느 하나에서 청구된 생체고분자 유탁액을 혼입시켜 농조화한 수성계.
제15항에 있어서, 오일중량 회수작업에서 사용되는 플러딩물질인 농조화 수성계.
제1항 내지 14항중 어느 하나에서 청구된 생체고분자 유탁액을 고온감압하에 증발시켜 그로부터 물을 제거하는 것으로 구성된 생체고분자 유탁액을 농축시키는 방법.
제17항에 있어서, 유탁액중 생체고분자 농도가 35-45중량%가 될때까지 제거를 계속하는 방법.
제13항에 있어서, 증발을 로타증기 또는 와이프트필름 증발기내에서 수행하는 방법.
제16항에 또는 17항에 있어서 감압이 1-50mmHg범위이며 온도가 40-120°C범위인 방법.
제16항 내지 20항중 어느 하나에서 생체고분자 유탁액을 전단처리하거나 콜로이드밀을 통해 가공처리하는 방법.
실시예들을 특수참조로 앞서 언급한 바와 실질적으로 같은 방법.
