Claims (3)
- 직렬로 연결된 n(n≥1)개의 디플리션 모우드 전계효과 트랜지스터(depletion-mode FET)와 직렬로 연결된 또 다른 n개의 디플리션 모우드 FET를 병렬로 연결하고, 처음 n개의 FET의 게이트들을 모두 병렬회로의 입력 단자에 연결하며, 다른 단자를 일정 전위로 유지하고, 다른 n개의 FET의 게이트들은 한데 묶어서 여기에 제어 전압을 인가하여, 병렬 회로의 양단을 두 단자로 하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압제어 가변 선형 저항기.
- 직렬로 연결된 n(n≥1)개의 디플리션 모우드 FET와, 직렬로 연결된 또 다른 n개의 디플리션 모우드 FET를 병렬로 연결하고, 처음 n개의 FET의 게이트들을 모두 병렬 회로의 한쪽 단자에 연결하고, 다른 n개의 FET의 게이트들을 병렬 회로의 다른쪽 단자에 연결하여, 병렬 회로의 양단을 두 단자로 하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정 선형 저항기.
- 제1항 및 제2항에 기술된 기본 회로와 직렬 및 병렬 연결의 조합으로 이루어지는 저항기.
