제1도내지 제3도는 본원 발명의 실시예에 나타낸 내열충격성 세라믹스 구조물의 비스카아트타입 시험의 결과를 나타낸 현미경 사진.

Claims (4)

  1. 소결 세라믹스의 기지보다도 취약한 미세입자가 기지에 분산해서 이루어진 세라믹스에 의해, 최고사용온도가 1100℃이상으로 열사이클에 노출되는 부분을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내열충격성 세라믹스 구조물.
  2. 최고사용온도에서 30㎏/㎟ 이상의 내열성과, K1C에서 평가한 파괴인성치가 100MN/m3/2이상의 인성(靭性)을 갖는 세라믹스에 의해, 최고사용온도가 1100℃ 이상으로 열사이클에 노출되는 부분을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내열충격성 세라믹스 구조물.
  3. 발생한 균열을 입자 내부에 끌어들여 균열을 굴곡 또는 분리시키는 복합조직을 갖는 세라믹스에서, 최고 사용온도가 1100℃ 이상으로 열사이클에 노출되는 부분을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내열충격성 세라믹스 구조물.
  4. 소결세라믹스의 기지보다도 취약한 미세입자가 기지에 분산하고 있으며, 최고사용온도에서 30㎏/㎟ 이상의 내열성과, K1C에서 평가한 파괴인성치가 100MN/m3/2이상의 인성을 갖는 세라믹스에 의해 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내열충격성 세라믹스 구조물.
