Description
Claims (12)
- 물체의 표면과 접촉하여 정보를 탐지하는 장치에 있어 그 구성이 물체의 표면과 직접적인 접촉작용을 수행하는 스타일러스를 돌출설치하고, 고유의 단면수치를 갖는 중앙부를 형성하며, 한쪽 단부로부터 직경이 축소되는 형태의 원통형 자루부분을 구성하여 이로써 공구를 장착시키는 방법과 동일한 방법으로 기계에 장착할 수 있고, 아울러 스타일러스가 물체의 표면과 접촉했을 경우 제반의 신호를 발생하는 회로를 내장한 하우징으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 원통형 자루부를 중공상태로 만들어 이에 상기 회로에 대한 전원공급에 필요한 배터리를 장착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 중앙부가 원통형부분에 수직으로 확장한 표면을 포함하고 있어서, 이로 인해 장치를 기계에 장착시키는 경우 접촉면을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 중앙부가 그 외면이 상기 스타일러스방향으로 경사진 원뿔형을 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 하우징의 중앙부의 경사표면상에 있는 광학신호 전달수단을 스타일러스가 공작물의 표면과 접촉할때 원격수신기에 광학신호를 전달하도록 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 광학신호 전달수단이 적외선방사를 전달하도록 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.
- 회전센터에서 공작물의 내경을 절삭하도록 구상된 공구를 장착하는 곳에 사용되는 프로브에 있어 그 구성이, 하우징의 한쪽 단부에 직접 공작물과 접촉하는 스타일러스를 돌출시켜 장착하고, 아울러 상기 스타일러스가 장착된 방향으로 경사진 외면을 갖는 원뿔형 하우징 중앙부와, 프로브의 축에 수직된 방향으로 설치된 배면벽과 또 상기 하우징에 내장되어 스타일러스와 연결되고, 상기 하우징의 외면에 있는 적외선 방사 전달수단에 연결되어 스타일러스가 공작물과 접촉했을때 발생하는 적외선 신호를 전달하는 회로수단, 그리고 상기 배면벽의 직경에 비해 축소된 직경으로 중공상태를 형성하며 설치된 원통형 자루부, 그리고 이 원통형 자루부에 최소 한개 이상의 배터리를 장착하여 상기의 회로수단에 전원을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기의 회로수단이 적외선 방사수단을 고유의 주파수에서 작동하여 프로브가 적정한 작동을 하고 있음을 시사하고 스타일러스가 공작물의 표면과 접촉했을 경우 주파수를 변조시키도록 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기의 회로수단이 적외선 전달수단의 인근에 광검출기를 회로장치에 연결시키며, 여기서 배터리로부터의 전원공급을 광검출기에 탐지되는 고유광학 신호에 따라 상기의 회로수단과 선택적으로 접속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 중앙부 한쪽 단부에 나선형작동에 의해 장착되는 원형두부를 포함하고, 상기 원형두부속에 삽입되어 유동적으로 부착되는 돌출부재를 갖는 스위치 유니트와 상기 스위치 유니트와 상기 회로수단을 연결시키는 와이어를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 원통중공형 자루부분에 원통형배터리를 장착하고 상기 배터리의 한쪽 단자를 상기 원통형 자루부분의 한쪽을 폐쇄하는 전도성 부재에 밀착시켜 부착하며, 상기의 회로수단과 상기의 전도성 부재를 연결시키는 연결수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기의 전도성 부재가 하우징의 배면벽에 장착되는 판으로 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 프로브.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
