에틸렌공중합체 압출시 표면 용융 파괴의 제거방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 나선형/스파이더형 환상 다이의 단면도이고,
제2도는 나선형 다이의 일부를 확대한 단면도이며,
제3도는 증가된 접착력을 갖는 마주보는 면이 인서트의 형태인 다이 랜드 부분을 도시한 것이고,
제4도는 증가된 접착력을 갖는 마주보는 면이 고체구조물의 칼라 및 핀에 의해 제조되는 다이랜드 부분을 도시한 것이며,

Claims (20)

  1. 다이랜드표면 및 에틸렌중합체간의 부착력을 표면용융 파괴를 거의 제거시키도록 증가시키는 통상적인 다이랜드물질과는 다른 물질로 제조된 다이랜드 표면을 갖는 다이를 통해 중합체를 압출시킴을 특징으로 하여 다른 방법에 의해서는 더욱 고수준의 용융파괴가 생성되는, 상기 중합체 및 통상적인 다이랜드표면을 이루는 물질간의 부착조건하에서 중합체를 압출시키는 동안 표면용융 파괴를 거의 제저시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 물질이 금속 또는 금속합금인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 마주보는 표면의 다이랜드 부분을 갖는 다이를 통해 중합체를 압출시키고, 적어도 하나의 마주보는 표면을 5 내지 95중량부의 아연 및 95 내지 5중량부의 동을 함유하는 합금으로 제조하여 아연/동 함유합금 표면에 접근한 중합체 표면상에서 표면 용융파괴를 거의 제거시키는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체에 안정화 보조제를 첨가하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 안정화 보조제가 지방어 디에톡시화된 3급아민인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체에 지방의 디에톡시화된 3급아민을 100만부당 약 50 내지 1500부의 양으로 첨가시키는 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 합금이 주석, 또는 알루미늄 또는 납, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 방법.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 합금이 약 30 내지 40중량부의 아연 및 약 70 내지 60중량부의 동을 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 다이랜드부분의 합금표면이 다이의 핀 및 칼라로 부착된 인서트에 의해 제공되는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 인서트가 다이랜드부분의 길이인 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 인서트가 다이랜드 부분의 길이의 일부인 방법.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 합금으로 다이핀 및 다이칼라를 제조함으로써 합금표면을 만드는 방법.
  13. 제3항에 있어서, 다이립간의 거리가 약 0.005인치 내지 약 0.040인치인 방법.
  14. 제3항에 있어서, 공중합체가 80몰% 이상의 에틸렌 및 20몰% 이하의 적어도 한 종류의 C3-C8-알파올레핀의 공중합체인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 공중합체가 0.1 이상 내지 5.1 이하의 용융지수를 갖는 방법.
  16. 마주보는 표면의 다이랜드부분을 지니는 다이를 통해 분자량 분포가 좁은 용융된 선형 에틸렌 공중합체를 압출시키고 이때 적어도 하나의 마주보는 표면이 약 30 내지 40중량부의 아연 및 약 70 내지 60중량부의 동을 함유하는 합금으로부터 제조되고, 언급된 에틸렌 공중합체가 약 50 내지 15000ppm의 지방의 디에톡시화된 3급아민을 함유하며, 따라서 아연/동 함유 합금표면에 접근하는 중합체의 표면상에서 용융파괴를 거의 제거시킴을 특징으로 하여, 다른 방법에 의해서는 표면용융 파괴물이 생성되는 유동속도 및 용융온도 조건하에서 상기 에틸렌공중합체를 압출시키는 동안 표면용융 파괴를 거의 제거시키는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 다이랜드부분의 합금표면이 다이의 핀 및 칼라로 부착된 인서트에 의해 제공되는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 인서트가 다이랜드부분의 길이인 방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 인서트가 다이랜드부분의 길이의 일부인 방법.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 디이의 다이핀 및 다이칼라를 합금으로 제조함으로써 합금표면을 만드는 방법.
