Abstract

PURPOSE: To extrude the multi-throw hose having few dispersion in the size of a sectional shape and high accuracy by extending a front end section of a flow guide and forming a material rectifying section.
CONSTITUTION: A material such as rubber extruded into a material flow path 13 is uniformly heated and melted by the action of a torpedo 5, and reaches the material rectifying section 17. The material flows into an orifice 29 under a condition that the currents of each position of the section are equal while being rectified in the material rectifying section 17. Accordingly, the dispersion of the sectional shape of the multi-throw hose extruded from the orifice 29 is decreased. Since the orifice 29 is lengthened more than conventional extrusion by double or higher, extrusion is stabilized, a melting mark is not formed at upper and lower sections of the multi- throw hose, and a beautiful extruded article is manufactured.
