Claims (2)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 아질산 나트륨과 아세트산 중에서 반응시켜 R이 수소인 화합물을 수득한 후, 임의로 이 화합물을 염기 및 알킬 요다이드 또는 브로마이드와 반응시켜 R이 알킬인 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서 R은 수소 또는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬이고 R′및 R″는 이들 중 하나만이 수소일 수 있다는 조건하에 수소 또는 메톡시이거나, R′및 R″는 함께 메틸렌디옥시를 형성한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 3-아미노-6,7-디메톡시티에노〔2,3-b〕퀴놀린-2-카복스아미드를 아질산 나트륨과 아세트산 중에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 8,9-디메톡시-1,2,3-트리아지노〔4′,5′:4,5〕티에노〔2,3-b〕퀴놀린-4(3H)-온의 제조방법.
