Claims (10)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 벤조티오펜을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 α-하이드록시 글리신과 트리플루오로아세트산 존재하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서 R0및 R1은 각기 수소, C1-C4-알킬, 아로일옥시, C1-C4-알콕시, 하이드록시, 할로, 니트로, C1-C4알카노일 아미노 또는 C1-C4알킬 설포닐아미노이고, R2는 아미노 보호그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2가 클로로아세틸인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2가 알릴옥시카보닐인 방법.
- 제1항에 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, R1가 수소인 방법.
- 제1항에 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, R0가 수소인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, R0가 메톡시인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, R0가 클로로인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R0가 수소이고 R2가 알릴옥시카보닐인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R0가 5-메톡시이고, R1은 수소이며, R2는 클로로아세틸인 방법.
