Claims (14)

  1. 미생물 단백질 분리물을 인산염 및/또는 하이드록시, 포르밀, 케토 및 카복시중의 적어도 2개의 반응성 그룹을 함유하는 친수성 저분자량 지방족 화합물을 함유하는 수용액으로 처리함을 특징으로하여, 미생물 단백질 분리물을 정제하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단백질 분리물을 방항성산, 당류 또는 폴리올의 수용액으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 인산염이 나트륨 또는 칼륨오르토인산염 또는 이인산염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 산 반응성이 있는 지방족 화합물이 알칼리토금속염 또는 알카리금속염의 형태로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 미생물 단백질 분리물이 핵산을 함유한 탈지 세포 집합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 동일 또는 상이한 추출제로 한단계 이상 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 수용액이 락트산, 말산 또는 시트르산을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제1단계에서는 락트산으로 처리하고, 후속 단계에서는 슈크로즈 용액으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 약 0내지 100℃에서 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 20 내지 90℃에서 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 40 내지 80℃에서 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 인산염 또는 지방족 화합물을 0.1 내지 3중량%함유하는 수용액으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 농도가 0.2 내지 2%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 농도가 0.5 내지 1%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
