Claims (11)

  1. 폴리(1,2-이치환-사이클로헥사-3,5-디엔)으로 부터 제조된 폴리아릴렌과 적당한 도우프제로 구성된 전기 도전성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아릴렌이 하기 구조식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
    상기에서 X가 존재하는 경우에 잔류기 Ar및 X는 중합체 고리의 단위체에 따라서 변할수 있으며, Ar은 2가 방향족 또는 치환된 방향족기이고, X는 상기 규정한 1 이상의 중합가능한 공단량체의 잔류기이고, n및 m은 정수이고, n:m의 비는 1:0 내지 1:100이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, Ar 이 페닐렌인 것을 특지으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, m이 0인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 도우프제가 IA족 금속; IA족금속아렌류 브뢴스테드산;비금속산화물;VB족 황화물;그리고VB, VIA, IB,Ⅲb, ⅣB족 및 불활성 기체의 할로겐화물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 조성물이 연속적 2차원 고체 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. (A) 폴리(1,2-이치환-사이클로헥사-3,5-디엔)을 적당한 도우프제로 처리한 후 상기 폴리사이클로헥사디엔을 폴리아릴렌으로 전환하는 단계; 또는
    (B) 폴리(1,2-이치환-사이클로헥사-3,5-디엔)을 폴리아릴렌으로 전환한다음 폴리아릴렌을 적당한 도우프제로 도우프하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 도전성 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리(1,2-이치환-사이클로헥사-3,5-디엔)이 하기 구조식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:
    상기식에서, X가 존재하는 경우 사이클로헥세닐렌환과 X는 중합체 고리의 단위를 따라서 달라질 수 있으며, 같거나 다를 수 있다. 각R¹은 수소, 하이드로카르빌, 아로일, 알카노일, 또는 R²OCO (여기서 R²는 탄소수 1-10을 갖는 아릴 또는 알킬기임)이고;X,n 및 m은 제 2항에서 규정한 바와 같다.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 전환단계가 알킬아민에 의해 촉매화 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 도우프 단계는 공정 A의 폴리(1,2-이치환-사이클로헥사-3,5-디엔) 또는 공정 B의 폴리아릴렌을 도우프제 용액으로 처리하므로써 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 공정 A에서 사용되는 폴리(1,2-이치환-사이클로헥사-3,5-디엔) 또는 공정 B에서 사용되는 폴리아릴렌이 연속적 2차원 고체형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
